If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I received a PSN account from a friend lately. I got the password and switched the email to mine, (he got an XBOX ONE that's why he gave it to me). A week later a message popup in my mail box saying that the two-step-verification has been activated. I tried everything I could to delete that number... But it completely unlogged me from my PS* and my Playstation App. I can't play on that account anymore. I tried contacting my friend but have no clue of what's going on either. I have the answer to the security question too. I would like to be able to deactivate the two-step-verification and deleting the phone numbers (*) that aren't mine. Getting my account back, is what I want.
