The issue in GetHuman-augustak's own words
my old card info was on file and my son downloaded some games without my knowledge, and the charged my old card that was on file and canceled for weeks , but some how charged my new card without my authorization, I'm requesting a refund because I didn't authorize no one to go into my account to purchase a game , especially when my new card info wasn't on file
