Playground Game Support,**My name is Scott and I have a son Connor, who recently (* weeks ago) purchased and downloaded Forza * Ultimate PC Edition having saved his money from Christmas ** months ago. He purchased this and downloaded it through the XBox Console Companion. It was a significant purchase for him and took almost * impatient hours to download. The game installed without a problem, but by the time it he was able to play a couple of races it was after midnight and I insisted that he go to bed. The next morning he got up early eager to play, unfortunately the game did not load properly and would not start and has not started since.**The initial title screen comes up for about ** seconds and then disappears. We contacted a couple of game shops to try to get some help and they recommended re-installing. We have one this * times in the last * weeks without any success. We have contacted Microsoft support through email and by phone ****** for some assistance we were given the following case number (***********) but unfortunately after many emails and time on hold they were not able to assist. The only recommendation they could make is that we should contact you for assistance*support or a refund. To be honest, we just want the game to work.
