I recently made a deal with a gamer named kingfootlettuce who took my Mercedes [redacted] SEL and my Ram Runner Horizon Edition in exchange for [redacted] million credits. However, I have yet to receive the promised credits. This occurred around August 16th. I am not happy about the situation as he now has high-value cars, while I am left with less. I would like to either have my cars returned or receive the credits as initially agreed upon. The trade initially involved me giving him a [redacted] SEL for 50 million, which he did follow through on.

I recently experienced an issue with my Forza Horizon 3 save file. After returning from vacation, the game prompted me to choose between a newer and older save. Opting for the older save led to a corrupted file, starting a new game. Despite attempting to reset and selecting the older save again, it remained corrupted. In a misguided attempt, I selected the new save and lost all progress. Despite trying various methods across multiple devices, including logging out and back in and seeking help from Microsoft support with Raihanie D, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my original save. I am reaching out here in the hopes that someone may be able to assist me in restoring my lost progress. Thank you for any help or guidance you can provide.

While watching Mixer streams, I gained influence points but my Mixer level remained at 1. I connected my Mixer account to my gamer tag and completed the prologue, but my level hasn't updated even after waiting for 2 days. Avatar Craig D. 3 days ago I received some Mixer influence points, but not the full amount I earned from watching streams. It seems I got points for streaming time but not for viewing. I hope this issue can be escalated for resolution soon. Avatar Craig D. 3 days ago I am certain I am watching Forza Horizon 4 streams marked as such on Mixer. I have tried signing in and out of my account multiple times to fix the problem. Avatar Craig D. 4 minutes ago I have tried unlinking my accounts, but it gives me an error. Everything seems correct on my end, and I have checked multiple times. I am stuck on the Mixer category in the game, affecting my progress. It has been over a week, and I am hoping for better support and for this to be addressed promptly. Avatar Craig

While playing Forza Horizon 4 on my Xbox, the game crashed, and upon reloading, I selected the latest sync option. Unfortunately, this caused the game to start fresh, erasing all my progress. I have evidence of my previous stats, including playtime, cars owned, and Influence level. I spent three days in-game to reach level [redacted], accumulate over 16 million credits, and purchase [redacted] cars, only to lose everything due to this issue. This has never happened to me with Forza Horizon 3.

Dear Playground-Games Team, I recently received a message in the game informing me that I've been banned from certain online functions for an unexpected 30-year period. I am confused as to why such a lengthy ban has been imposed on my account. My experience with the Ultimaterelease has been less than ideal. I encountered issues where my game download continued even after reaching 200GB, and only resolved after I canceled the download. Additionally, my progress seemed to stall as I had to repeat races multiple times. Some of my in-game amounts appeared frozen, but strangely I received achievements I did not earn after an online session. Upon restarting the game with a friend, I noticed an unusually long intro sequence lasting about 5 hours until reaching the Horizon squad. This was not the case when I initially played. Following the intro, I completed several races and finally gained access to the full game. It was only after restarting that I realized this was not the typical experience. Despite hearing about glitches post-ban, I assure you that I have not exploited any glitches. The rank system fluctuated erratically, with my level and money behaving strangely, especially during online play. I also made sure to review and remove any offensive content from my vehicle designs, although sometimes details were not visible during the download process. After a week, I attempted to reconnect to Horizon Life but encountered an error message stating that the connection was lost (see attached). I sincerely request the ban be lifted, as I have not intentionally violated any usage policies. Best, H. Unverricht (unvilow86)

I recently bought Forza Horizon 4 Deluxe edition from the Microsoft store as a gift for my son, but encountered a region issue during both purchases. The first purchase didn't work due to us being in different regions. After getting a refund, I tried again when we both were in the UK, but still faced the same issue. I contacted Microsoft for a solution, but they suggested a refund which got denied. They recommended I reach out to the game developer for help. Just to clarify, physically we are in Romania but changed our region settings on Xbox Live a few months ago. I'm hoping to resolve this so my son can enjoy the game. Thank you.

Hi, I'm Parker Munari. The recent release of Forza Horizon 4 has impressed me and many players in the community with its exceptional graphics, sound quality, and array of features. However, there is some disappointment among us due to the absence of Mitsubishi and Toyota vehicles. It would be greatly appreciated if Playground Games could consider adding these brands to the game, especially popular models like the Supra, Evo X, Evo 9, 8, and 6. Including these cars could attract more fans of these brands and enhance the overall gaming experience. I believe that if Mitsubishi and Toyota cars were introduced, it would be a significant and exciting addition to the game. Thank you for taking the time to consider this suggestion.

Hello, my name is Axel from Sweden. I've been playing your games since horizon 2, specifically the horizon games. Currently, I'm playing horizon 4 and have noticed some issues that I think need attention. Firstly, in ranked adventure mode, it takes a long time to fill a lobby. My suggestion is for the game to keep searching for players even if it hasn't filled up yet, instead of canceling and making you start over. The second issue relates to wall riding in races, which detracts from the experience. One solution could be to place tire piles strategically along the walls to discourage this behavior. I've also encountered a sound bug while driving, where the sound loops until I stop the car or wait. Lastly, there are questions about obtaining the pre-order cars like Nissan, Ford, Mercedes, and Camaro, with particular interest in the Mercedes. It would be helpful to provide more information on how to unlock these cars. Thank you for considering these points. Axel (SillyBridge7265)

I have a concern about Forza Horizon 4, despite being a solid game. My biggest issue is the limited online racing mode, Team Adventure, which often feels restrictive due to the necessity of AWD swapping A-S2 class cars for Freeroam Rush. With over [redacted] cars available, it's disappointing to have only one race mode in a game centered around racing and customization. The lack of variety in race modes makes me question the final product and its advertised content. I find solace in tuning unique cars, a process that is enjoyable but feels wasted when limited by the game's constraints. Forza Horizon 4 has great potential, but I fear it may never fully achieve its status as a top-tier racing title.

I recently completed the seasonal RS200 challenge on EXPERT mode, just like I did with the Seasonal M900s challenge on UNBEATABLE difficulty. Unfortunately, I did not receive the cars as promised. I put in a lot of effort to achieve this and not getting the RS200 is disappointing. The game seems to have many bugs, but I understand this might be due to its association with MS. As a big supporter of the Forza franchise and an owner of every game, I am frustrated with this experience. The issues with missing rewards, bugs like the engine rev bug and random disconnects, as well as the cheating in the game, are concerning. I have observed players cheating with PO cars and it is disheartening to see. I hope the developers address these issues promptly. I just want to receive my RS200 legitimately without having to resort to buying from dishonest players. Despite these setbacks, I still appreciate the Forza franchise. The new ISLAND expansion feels rushed, but when compared to the Hotwheels expansion, it falls a bit short. Thank you, Derek

I recently completed the seasonal RS200 on EXPERT just like I did with the Seasonal M900s on UNBEATABLE, but unfortunately, I did not receive the cars. I put in a lot of effort into completing them and it's disappointing not to get the rewards. The Mosler was gifted, so I wasn't concerned, but missing out on the RS200 is frustrating as it's one of the cars I really wanted. I have been a loyal supporter of all the Forza games, but the bugs in this one, probably due to the association with MS, are a letdown. The issues range from the engine rev bug to random disconnects and cheating with the PO cars happening openly. Despite not condoning cheating, it's noticeable that some users are exploiting the system to accumulate rare cars. I hope the developers address these concerns, as cheating undermines the multiplayer experience. Overall, I hope to receive the RS200 and avoid purchasing it from dishonest players. Thanks for listening. Derek

I'm experiencing some difficulties with Forza Horizon 4. I invested over £60 in the game, but it's full of bugs and glitches that are frustrating. A glitch I recently faced is when my flipped car stays stuck on its side, preventing me from respawning. Another ongoing issue is dealing with "rammers" and "wallriders" in ranked play, which detracts from the gameplay. Furthermore, there are instances where my car bounces off destroyable objects like small trees and rocks, disrupting the experience. Despite these challenges, I still find enjoyment in the game, but it's disheartening to encounter these issues, as have many others.

Hello everyone, I recently noticed a recurring issue in Horizon 4 during my public races. In the last three to four races, I encountered the same pattern: - Join a long race like the Goliath or a 50-lap circuit - Select my car and team - Race starts, navigate through chaotic drivers - As I am doing well, I see a message "RACE ENDS IN 30" - It turns out the race leader who organized the event teleported to the finish line early on in the race, cutting it short This has happened three times, and it seems like there will be a fourth occurrence. I suspect there might be some exploitation or manipulation happening for personal gain. I hope this can be investigated further. Thank you for your attention to these matters and for addressing previous audio bugs.

Hello. I am a fan of the Forza Horizon games and I have some suggestions to share. While new cars are great, I believe adding older cars with customization options like lifts, tires, and off-road upgrades would be a exciting direction. Integrating vehicles like a [redacted] Nissan Frontier, Nissan Xterra, or a [redacted] Subaru Forester could provide players with a more personal connection to the game. Including off-road modifications such as lifts and skid plates would enhance the off-road gameplay experience, appealing to players like me who enjoy it. The game could draw inspiration from games like Test Drive Offroad 3. I suggest maintaining the sports cars while also adding older vehicles like a [redacted] F150, older Jeep Cherokee, or even a Toyota Hybrid Camry. As a graphic designer, I believe these changes could be a great marketing opportunity. Implementing actual mud physics, terrain where getting stuck is possible, and trails in Forza Horizon 5 would be fantastic. Alternatively, creating a DLC for Forza Horizon 4 with improved mud physics and more older 4WD vehicles would be something I, and many others, would be interested in. Thank you. Levi Van Valkenburg

While enjoying Forza Horizon 4 last night, I searched for new designs for the GMC Vandura. Unfortunately, I came across two sexually explicit designs that were quite disturbing. Despite reporting them in game multiple times, these designs continue to appear in the recommended section for the Vandura and are being downloaded by others. The offensive designs were from users Rinzler153 and PrimeKiller2002. I urge for the prompt removal of these inappropriate designs and for the users responsible to be banned. The presence of such explicit content in a family game, potentially accessible to children, is concerning and likely violates laws regarding obscene imagery.

Hello! I purchased Forza Horizon 4 three days ago, and I'm currently frustrated with the game. Upon downloading and installing it, everything seemed to be working fine. However, my issue began when I connected my steering wheel (Thrustmaster Ferrari [redacted] Italia). Despite the system and the game recognizing the device, it's being detected as a controller rather than a normal steering wheel. This is causing problems as I am unable to change button mappings or use the functions properly. I am losing interest in the game due to this issue. I would appreciate any tips or assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello! I purchased Forza Horizon 4 yesterday and I am having some issues with it. I downloaded and installed the game without any problems, but when I connected my Thrustmaster Ferrari [redacted] Italia steering wheel, things went awry. The Xbox button on the wheel shows as powered on, the system and the game detect the device, but the game mistakenly identifies it as a controller instead of a steering wheel. This limits my ability to map buttons correctly, as it sees the wheel as a controller and doesn't register button inputs. This issue is affecting my gameplay as I can't steer, accelerate, brake, or perform other functions as intended. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm becoming frustrated with the situation.

I have been playing Forza Horizon since it came out. Out of all the games so far, I have enjoyed it. However, Forza Horizon 4 is giving me issues. I have this amazing Koenigsegg Agera RS that I have completely upgraded to a X class car. Every time I try to use it and reach the top speed of 294mph, my car stops abruptly at [redacted] miles or more. This happens in free roam and online adventures, causing me to lose races. It is not just the Koenigsegg, but other cars with speeds over 260mph also experience this issue. It is frustrating and affecting my gameplay. I have the ultimate edition of Forza Horizon 4.

I've been a loyal customer since Forza 2, but the changes in Forza 4 have frustrated me. Losing points in ranked races for not finishing at the top is unfair. Even if I finish as high as seventh, taking away points is discouraging. I've been struggling to level up, playing for hours daily for over a week. When I was close to the next level, my points suddenly dropped significantly - going from [redacted] to [redacted] in just a few rounds. This seems unreasonable when positive points are minimal, like receiving only 2 points for finishing fourth. I no longer find enjoyment in your games and have decided to stop playing them. I will let others know about these issues. I doubt anything will be done, but I wanted to share my thoughts. Email: Dahudelson@ Hotmail.com

I have encountered significant performance issues with FH4 lately, greatly impacting my gaming experience. I am hesitant to launch the game again unless I can identify a solution such as a driver update or alternative fix to address the optimization shortcomings. Using the latest drivers for my Ryzen 2200G setup and Asus Prime B450M A motherboard, my overclocking has proven stable through rigorous testing. With 16GB DDR4 running at [redacted] and optimal settings, I should be achieving an average of 38 frames per second according to the benchmarking tool. Numerous players across a wide range of hardware setups, from mid-tier systems to high-end configurations, are facing similar issues of severe lag and poor performance. The memory leak problem on PC appears to be particularly problematic, overshadowing even the previously tolerable stutters on X1S. I am concerned that the studio may be neglecting support for the game in favor of other projects, despite having pending DLC to release. Clarity on this matter would be greatly appreciated to help restore my enjoyment of the game. Thank you, Dave
