I warned you this is long. LOL it's not really funny I went to the Planet Fitness near me in Mansfield Ohio Ontario branch. Yesterday Monday March **nd **** I walked into the Planet Fitness with my mask held onto my face although no one was around at all. It was very slow. I signed in stood there at the door because right there was where I go in to do the hydro massage chair. He said I had to sign in so I held my mask to my face walked over signed in at the front desk and they said go to number one. The girl who was the only girl on yesterday with one other young men. Dark haired girl. Said to me that I had to have my mask on I was holding it on my face and I said so. I walked into the area just about to the hydro massage chair they followed me quickly both of them yelling out to me ordering me to put the mask on over my ears. Again there was no one around I was almost to the hydro massage chair and because I did not follow her order after I told her that I don't have to have it on because we were well over * feet apart we were more like ** feet apart or more and I was almost to the massage chair and no one else was around. She accused me of arguing as well as her other co-worker I turned around and went to the massage chair and sat for well over five or so minutes. They would not turn it on. I walked out looked out the thing and she just stared at me and shook her head no. I grab my things and I went up to the counter and I cancelled the membership. I asked for my money back and he would not give me my money back because I was just charged for my recent charge out of my account instead he said I can use my membership up until the **th of April. So I put my mask back on I said I want to use my hydro massage chair at this time and also turn it on. When I came out with my mask on I asked her for her name and she declined and said she did not have to give it to me. With my mask on walked to the restroom and over to the equipment which I was sitting on and doing with other people doing the same equipment all of us with no mask on. I was following the rules. Apparently a new employee a young man came on and was sent to come tell me and I quote you are not following the policy and you have to leave unquote. I got up and I walked away didn't say a word I don't make a scene I didn't make a scene. As we are walking up to the front I asked him I was there with the other patrons using equipment nobody had a mask on how was I not following policy and he said because of what she that other employee said. This of course who was so rude to me and bossy and disrespectful and should not be working there because she hassles everybody. He went by her reasons that I had to leave. I walked to the front there was a policeman there that had been called I continue to walk out the door and just turned around and said I am going to sue you and your company. As I was sitting in my car calling my lawyer the policeman came to my window and told me that she was not at all there because of my mask. They had called her telling her that a customer would not leave when they were told to leave. I am also suing for slander because that is an outright lie. I was never asked to leave or told to leave it wasn't even brought up until that young man came to me at the equipment and said quote you're not following policy you have to leave unquote. I got up like I had said and then walked to the front and out the door. Just so you know your employees are making their own rules hassling people who are not following their **** orders. This girl apparently has an authoritative attitude. I would appreciate if you would look up her name because she would not give it to me I would like to see her fired if not reprimanded. I got two grandbabies coming in the summer I wanted to be able to get my body strong again I want to and liked Planet Fitness but out of principle I canceled. Because of her I canceled. She's infectious and everyone she was around she infects the seen her with other employees. the time I was there before yesterday and that's why I hadn't gone back for * weeks. She followed me around that day like a hound dog bothering me in between machines to put my mask on three or four times when it was utterly ridiculous acting again even then like a little controlling **** who had to have you following her orders. This is terrible customer service my rights are violated and I have been slandered and unless I hear from you you will hear from my lawyers and I am just asking for you to do something about the situation the Ontario Ohio Mansfield Ohio Planet Fitness on Lexington Springmill road off of that road Village Park I believe. I will expect to hear from you on this if I do not you will hear from me. As far as my membership I do expect that you will refund my last month fee because I have been ordered by you're young authoritative communistic controlling bad attitude employees not to return. Do they really have the right to do that? Do you really run your fitness centers this way? I'm just a grandmother who tries to stay in shape and has problems with anxiety and Asthma and it's hard for me to wear mask. But I hold it on my face or I put it on when I'm supposed to but when I can take it off I do and I never have a problem with anyone and we've been doing this for a year now and she is the first one I have had to go around with and it is because of her really bad attitude. And worse than that is her lying and having such an attitude of controlled that these two young men working with her would follow her lead and lie as well on her lying word. * have the nerve to call the police because she didn't like that I told her she was being anal and that she didn't like that I told her I wasn't going to put the mask on when I was ** ** feet away from her and write ready to get on the HydroMassage chair. I imagine I am one of many who you are losing as customers because of her and others that you have an employment like her so I would suggest that you check the attitudes of the employees you have.
