Help with my Planet Fitness issue

My bank account was all given to the planet fitness employee as she set up my membership and apparently the information hadn’t been in the right section. Therefore it wasn’t charging the monthly payment and resulted in a late fee. I want my $** refunded because it was a system problem not mine and it is my money. Aside from that talking to the gym we go to didn’t help, apparently they don’t have a manager and they have no authorization to give the money back so now not only did they take $** extra dollars but I have to wait until there’s the appropriate person to talk to? Ridiculous.

GetHuman-ailineca did not yet indicate what Planet Fitness should do to make this right.
