Hello,** Stopped in to your gym in McHenry. Il and spoke to a manager by the name of Jay Hawk. I asked him if I could try out the gym and he informed me it was a $**.** charge. I asked him specifically how long this guest pass was good for and he stated ** days or until Feb**th. I was told at that point if I wanted to move forward as a member, it would be applied against my first month at that Feb **th date. I just went into the gym today and he blatantly deniedthat he made those statements and insisted that he specifically stated one visit.. I would have to conclude that he thought he was pulling one over on me and should understand that what he was doing was bait and switch. It is not a good practice as a manager that is representing a positive corp. please let me know what can be done to make this situation positive.**Thank you,**Tony Callese****-***-****
