I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year, I am away at college. I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership when I thought I had successfully done it my card was still being charged. When I called to find out the issue the representative had no clue why I was still being charged and referred me to the customer service line. I have never been connected to a representative to resolve my issue only told by a recording to contact my planet fitness location. I haven’t been to a planet fitness facility in over a year yet I have been charged every month. I have lost hundreds of dollars that I cannot afford dealing with this. I would have never signed up for this membership if I would have know I would have to go through all of this to cancel.
