Greetings,*I was a member of Planet fitness for almost a year, paying my dues each month. Due to training equipment at home, I did not utilize my membership and I went into my location to cancel on ********. The same day, a charge was pending for $** for a yearly membership, which I was not going to use. I was told a manager would call to review my request. Never received a call. When I called back two weeks later, I was told that I would be refunded the money. My last call, a few days ago, was that it would not be refunded, this by a manager. I realize the monthly fees and me not utilizing my membership was my choice. But I believe that paying for something, with nothing in return, should be corrected.
