I’ve been a loyal customer for a year. I pay $**.** plus tax per month... I see you have been advertising for $**.** per month for a few months now and thought when my membership ends you would notify me so you could offer me a better deal, I just found out your company automatically took $**.** from my checking account with no notification. I called Planetfitness in Palm Bay Fl. And spoke with Nick Ackins who informed me he was your manager and it’s in the contract which I signed a year ago. It would really be a good idea and a courteous thing to do in notifying your members before hand, I’m really upset and thought Planetfitness who work closer with their members. A loyal member should not be paying $**.** plus a month. Removing funds from someone’s checking account without notification is so wrong! I thought you were a more professional company.
