Help with my Planet Fitness issue

I have been trying to cancel since September. Club still tells me I owe $** from that month. Yet they still keep charging me. I have tried to cancel * times. Why won't they just cancel it. They've taken their $** every month. Yet I owe $**?? I haven't been there since the month before September.
GetHuman-mikabusc did not yet indicate what Planet Fitness should do to make this right.
