I canceled my gym member****p in August of last year by calling my home gym. They said nothing else needed to be done. come to find out, I am still being charged for the gym member****p. I called and they said nothing can be done. I moved to another city, which is why I cancelled the member****p in the first place so I can no longer go in person. I want a refund for all gym fees since August and I want to stop any further payment.
I trust that Planet Fitness will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
