Hello I am a new member to planet fitness and I just moved from the place I registered. I was not told about any policy regarding not being able to transfer even though I mentioned this to my home club. They said all I had to do was go to my new home gym and transfer. When I went they told me they couldn’t help me and I had to wait ** days. I think it’s terrible service and to make me pay a membership I can’t use for three months? This is not right! I want to use my membership.
GetHuman-evanessa did not yet indicate what Planet Fitness should do to make this right.
