I had a frustrating experience at the Crystal Lake Pizza Hut. Initially, my online order was incorrect when I went to pick it up. The manager, Paula, seemed confused and did not handle the situation well. She eventually offered a discount on the pizzas but still got the order wrong when I returned. Paula's behavior worsened when the mistake was pointed out, causing a scene with an employee. Thankfully, another employee, Kevin, intervened and helped resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I was overcharged on my bill due to the mistakes. Despite Kevin's efforts, Paula disappeared when I tried to have the overcharge corrected. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in customer service and management at Pizza Hut to avoid similar incidents in the future. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Dear Pizza Hut, I made a purchase on your website at 5:30 pm on 8/10/[redacted] using ApplePay. Unfortunately, there were errors on the website, and my order was terminated. However, I discovered that the transaction went through when I checked my bank account. I contacted [redacted] and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before speaking to an operator. The operator informed me that the order was not placed but the transaction was processed. After sharing this information, he placed me on hold for an additional 5 minutes before disconnecting the call. I then visited the Chullora store where I originally placed my order, but the employees confirmed they did not receive it. They advised me to contact customer service to investigate the payment issue, prompting me to reach out to you through this message/email. I reside in Miamisburg, Ohio, and recently attempted to order delivery from your Miamisburg store on 8/30/21 at 9:40. The estimated delivery time was 11:22, and despite being understanding of potential delays, the order never arrived. I received no explanation or cancellation notice, which was disappointing. Today, on 9/1/21, I called again to place an online order and requested to speak to a manager to ensure a timely delivery. Unfortunately, the manager seemed dismissive and only apologized after I insisted. He assured me my order would be delivered promptly, almost laughing off my concerns. His lack of professionalism in not informing me of the cancellation and laughing off the situation was unappreciated. Waiting two hours for food that never came was not a laughing matter for my family. Despite being a regular customer ordering twice a month, I am reconsidering my loyalty due to this incident.

I ordered a large pizza with three toppings for $10.60 at Pizza Hut around 9:38 pm on September 10th. The cashier mentioned that since I was paying with a debit card, the order had to be over $12, so I added an extra topping, bringing the total to $20.13 with delivery. At 9:58 pm, they informed me my card did not go through. By 10:00 pm, the transaction was charged to my card, although the pizza never arrived. Frustrated, I visited the Pizza Hut at [redacted] W Broadway, Louisville, KY on September 11 at 12:30 pm to explain the situation to the manager. After speaking with the manager, I received the pizza and a $10 credit for the unprocessed charge. I later called Pizza Hut, but the person on the line couldn't help me with the credit issue, leaving me still trying to obtain the remaining refund.

Hello, this past weekend, I placed an order at the West Orange, New Jersey location. I was informed the delivery would take 30 minutes, which was acceptable. After an hour, I called and was told the order was 15 minutes away. Later, an unknown caller informed me my pizza was left outside in front of [redacted] Park Avenue East Orange, by my neighbor. I never received a direct notification from the delivery driver. The store's response over the phone was unpleasant. Upon arrival, I requested a refund, but they refused and only offered store credit. I have been a long-time customer and never experienced such disrespect.

My name is Adam Brown, and I work at the Kenton, Ohio location. Recently, I experienced sexual harassment by a manager. While walking through a doorway, I politely gestured to let her pass, but she insisted by saying "ladies first" in a confrontational manner. When I addressed this, the response from the store manager and assistant manager was dismissive and even mocking. To make matters worse, I have been overlooked for tasks and two new shift managers were hired, who happen to be the daughters of existing managers. This imbalance of female managers makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will not be giving a two-week notice as I do not wish to continue working in this environment. I appreciate the opportunity to work at Pizza Hut, but I cannot tolerate this behavior any longer. Thank you, Adam.

I recently ordered a single order of breadsticks that turned out to have a sugary bottom, which was a rather unusual and unpleasant experience. Despite the perfect toppings, the sugary taste was off-putting, making me wonder if they were baked on a residue left by cinnamon breadsticks. I attempted to contact Store #[redacted] in Trenton, NJ twice to speak with a manager about the issue (ticket #23). Unfortunately, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes each time without anyone answering my call. I assume it was an honest mistake but was disappointed that I couldn't reach the manager to address the problem. I placed an order at Pizza Hut on 117th and Wilmington in Compton, CA for pickup. When I got home and opened the box, all the toppings were stuck to the lid. I called the store to speak with a supervisor, but the person who answered claimed to be the supervisor. When I explained the situation, she responded rudely, asking me what I wanted her to do. I insisted that this was unacceptable, but she said her boss wasn't available until Monday. Before I could finish, she hung up on me. When I called back, she hung up again. Another sales representative informed me that the supervisor on duty was named Anna. I have a picture of the pizza if you need to see it.

I tried to order a pizza for delivery due to a power outage. However, after I placed the order, I received a call informing me that they weren't doing deliveries. Before I could respond, they abruptly hung up. I understand they may be short on drivers, but it would have been better if they allowed me to respond before ending the call. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this pizza place; previously, I received a pizza with all the toppings slid off. Another time, after upgrading my breadsticks to cheese sticks, they forgot the breadsticks entirely. Despite receiving a "free" pizza coupon for a late delivery, the coupon didn't work. When I tried to order the dinner box for $12.99 for a one-topping pizza, I was informed I had to choose a different option, which increased the price to $18.99. I just want to be able to order pizza and receive everything I ordered on time and at the advertised price.

Yesterday, my family and I visited Pizza Hut in Kowdiar, Trivandrum, Kerala, our usual favorite spot. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The spicy tomato twist we ordered smelled rotten, indicating spoilage. Even after returning it to the staff, they simply reheated the same dish and served it to us again. We took a few bites but the taste was extremely unpleasant. Despite paying a bill of nearly [redacted] rupees, we left feeling disgusted. Although I was fourth in line, I reached the hut window around 10:03 pm. They requested my name, asked me to wait out front, but after 30 minutes, I called inside. They seemed unaware of my order, made me circle back to the hut lane, and handed me my order at 10:41 pm. When I got home just down the road, I found the pizza burnt and dry, which was completely unacceptable. I attempted to contact them multiple times to resolve the issue or receive a refund, but I received no response.

On Sunday, November 31st at 3:47 PM, I placed an order for a pan pizza and a brownie dessert at the nearest Pizza Hut on E. 82nd St. They requested my address and phone number, promising delivery within 50-55 minutes. Despite my broken kneecap, I awaited on the stairs due to the security door. By 5 PM, no delivery had arrived. When I called, they claimed to have tried to reach me, which was not possible as my phone was in hand. Even after giving directions initially, they struggled to find my location. A promise to make a fresh order and deliver it within 40 minutes was made by a staff member. The delivery eventually arrived at 5:56 PM with a cold, thin & crispy pizza that was not what I had ordered. The total cost exceeded $30 with a tip. Given my circumstances, I expect a refund for the disappointing service on Sunday. My previous experience at Pizza Hut on 116th was much better.

I am quite disappointed with my recent experience with Pizza Hut. I usually order from them using either my account or my husband's. Yesterday, I placed an order using some of my rewards points. Despite providing clear instructions for the delivery to my home where my children and babysitter were, there were issues. The driver had trouble finding the address, even though it was clearly marked on the building. When I contacted Pizza Hut about this, the manager blamed me for the mishap. I was promised a refund for the order, but it hasn't appeared in my bank account yet. I reordered online, and the replacement order arrived cold, with the food not being fresh. This disappointing experience left my children waiting for a long time to eat. The driver's failure to deliver the food promptly and fresh was unacceptable. I believe I deserve a full refund and a return of my rewards points. The quality of the food was subpar, and this entire situation was very frustrating.

After waiting for 10 minutes at the window located on 10th and Cleveland in Sioux Falls, SD, I attempted to call the store to inform them of my extended wait, only to be directed to a call center where a man inquired about carry out or delivery, despite my clear intention to pick up my order at the window. Following a disrespectful interaction, where I was called a derogatory term, I requested to speak to management and eventually received a 10% discount. I contacted the only Pizza Hut in Danville, Illinois at 9:48 pm, and the lady informed me they couldn't deliver because they closed at 10:00. I considered having my husband pick up the pizza and called back. To my surprise, the lady mentioned they couldn't make the pizza as it takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook. I was frustrated that I couldn't order 12 minutes before closing. The lady, supposedly a manager named Mara, was rude and unhelpful. I believe if they are open until 10:00, they could have accommodated my order. Despite being 8 minutes before closing, other tasks could have been completed besides making my pizza. Being 19 weeks pregnant with twins, this experience left me very unhappy.

On 11/19/21, I placed an order for delivery. However, after waiting for approximately 2 hours, my order did not arrive. When I called to inquire about my order, I was informed that they did not have any record of it. Despite my multiple attempts to reach a live person, I was unsuccessful. Finally, this morning, a manager named Jacquelin called me around 9:50 am. I explained the situation to her, and she mentioned she would provide a credit and ensure my order is delivered personally. It is now 12:05 pm, and I have yet to hear back from Jacquelin. The issue is compounded by the fact that they charged my debit card but have no record of my order.
