I was trying to get a refund ... I spent £** for a medium pizza made of gluten free dough, the pizza came as a square, more of a small size, I was told this is how the dough came in the store. The pizza was ice cold, cheese and onions etc looked and tasted as though it came from a freezer, terrible. I have no oven to reheat food, as it broke down, and I need to buy a new oven today. They offered to deliver normal dough hot. It came warm and turned cold within * minutes of receiving it. I was so fed up, I did not call back a third time, because I can't allow any upsets. I want a refund, they have inconvenienced me greatly. Most of the pizza went in the bin cold.I also wasted *.* hours in waiting time, back and forth, when I could have gone to sleep with a hot tea instead.i want to complain to them in writing but can't find an address.
As I said my cooker appliance was broken, I had no heating facilities which would of helped, but could not of improved the stale taste. They also don't realise ive had a few pizzas over the years.
They could resolve by refunding my money because the standard of food was poor.
I am a new customer and expected their pizza to be better than shop bought. I could not justify £**.** for what was delivered compared to £*.** pizza in Asda.
Replacing my pizza with a warm one is not acceptable
