I used to work at Pizza Hut on Military Road in Benton, Arkansas. I resigned in May of this year after only working for two days. The new manager mentioned that he got rid of my file. Recently, I discovered my insurance expired, and I needed him to fill out the necessary paperwork. However, it has been four weeks since I handed it to him, and it still hasn't been completed. Now, I have to postpone my surgery because of this delay. I visited the store on Tuesday, October 1st, and he has yet to address this issue. I urgently need the surgery, so any guidance on how to resolve this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for my recent order from Pizza Hut. The manager's behavior was extremely disrespectful and I also encountered racism, causing me to feel very upset. Despite my love for Pizza Hut, I cannot overlook disrespect and being overcharged. Additionally, the food arrived cold, and my order was incomplete. I paid $30 and expected better service. I plan to escalate this matter further if it is not resolved promptly, as similar incidents have occurred before. Our food delivery experience was extremely disappointing. We placed an order for $35.00+ of food expecting a [redacted]-[redacted] minute delivery time. However, after 2 hours passed, we called to inquire about our order and were informed that they were unsure of the status but assumed it was out for delivery. Shortly after, we received a text notification that our food was on the way. When it finally arrived 30 minutes later, the order was incorrect, and the food was cold. Despite contacting them twice, requesting to speak to a manager, we were met with delays and poor service. After getting hung up on the second time, we even waited for a callback that never came. Our subsequent attempts to reach a manager went unanswered, with the phone line periodically cutting in and out. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I placed two separate orders. The first was for $32 after tax for a pizza with chicken, mushrooms, jalapeƱos, boneless wings, and Cinnabons. I then called to add BBQ sauce to the pizza. However, when it arrived, there was no sauce. The second order was for bone-in wings for $14, but I received all legs and one wing. I requested a refund on the phone while giving away the pizza from the first order. I was told my refund would be processed, but it has not appeared on my card yet. I am disappointed with the service I received and the incorrect food items I got.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut on Friday, the 11th for a 6:30 delivery. I was notified at 6:20 that it was on its way, but it didn't arrive until 7:10, arriving ice cold. The quality was disappointing; the pizza tasted like cardboard and the boneless chicken was cold and soggy. I made a purchase with Pizza Hut through their app on October 14th, [redacted], at 22:16. The order was confirmed, set to be delivered by 23:30. However, at 23:15, I received a call from Sunil at the Vasant Vihar branch stating they wouldn't deliver to Dlf Promenade Mall since it wasn't within their delivery area. I explained that I placed the order online and couldn't have known about the delivery zone discrepancies. Sunil's response was abrupt and he shifted the blame to Pizza Hut, not offering a solution. When I contacted customer care at ([redacted]8) and spoke with Manoj, he said no orders could be placed after 11 pm. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, no resolution was provided. Sunil's poor service and customer care's lack of assistance left me disappointed and without a meal for my team. I was promised a callback within 5-10 minutes, which never happened. This experience has tarnished my opinion of Pizza Hut, a brand I used to admire. I am a loyal customer of the Pizza Hut in VA Beach, VA (zip code: [redacted]). Normally, I order in person, but today I decided to try delivery on my day off. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service representative. Despite repeating my information four times, the representative seemed unable to hear me, which led to me raising my voice in frustration. The rep then hung up on me. Subsequently, I decided to order from Papa John's and encountered polite and efficient service. Being in the food industry myself, I understand the importance of quality customer service for competing in a saturated market. Perhaps a refresher course in customer service would benefit that particular call center. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. - Dora S.

Order No.[redacted]8 I had a terrible experience with the delivery service despite booking the order early. The order arrived 30 minutes late, and it took the delivery person an hour to deliver it. I ordered 2 family size soft drinks, Pepsi and Mirinda, but the delivery guy claimed I ordered 2 Mirinda. The first mistake was forgivable. However, he insisted that we hadn't paid even though we did so online. He left abruptly without acknowledging my explanation around 9 p.m. on October 24, [redacted]. At 2 a.m. on October 25, [redacted], he returned, loudly accusing us of not paying. I showed him the payment message, but he continued arguing without apologizing for the disruption. The pizza was cold, and the soft drinks were warm upon arrival. This service from Pizza Hut was highly disappointing, especially from a reputed establishment. I am not satisfied with the overall experience and would not recommend ordering from them. Very disappointed.

The speed of pizza production has been a concern during my recent visits to this store. In August [redacted], I encountered delays due to staffing issues, causing me to wait longer than expected for my pizza order. On 10/26/19, despite placing an online order with a specific pickup time, there were once again delays attributed to staffing problems. The manager's explanation for the delays was consistent both times. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, my pizza had been left sitting out, resulting in a cold meal. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the manager addressed me inappropriately. The recurring issues with delays and the manager's handling of the situation have led to me deciding not to return to this store as long as the current manager is in charge. It's disheartening to see that many customers are also experiencing frustration and leaving the establishment dissatisfied.

We ordered the big box meal which included two pepperoni and chicken alfredo pizzas with breadsticks, and another big box meal with sausage pizzas, chicken wings, and breadsticks. Despite being assured the carrier would have change, he did not, causing a delay. The pepperoni pizzas were too salty to eat and when we complained, the response was unsatisfactory. We were promised a $47 credit from the last order due to issues, but it was not provided. This time, despite requesting a receipt, none was given. After facing unhelpful customer service and management, we are frustrated and seeking a refund for this and the previous $[redacted] spent. The experience has left us dissatisfied and we are reluctant to order from this franchise again due to poor service.

I placed an order at Pizza Hut #[redacted] on West Main Street in Danville, VA, on 11/2/19 at 6:30 pm. I ordered a large double cheese, double pepperoni pizza with a 2-liter drink for around $12. Despite calling three times and being assured the order was on its way, it arrived two hours later at 8:30 pm. The pizza was cold, missing the extra toppings and drink. The delivery driver explained he was the only one working that night and mentioned a cost of $22.70, which I found too high. I paid $27, including a tip, as I understood it wasn't his fault. After speaking to a supervisor who offered a replacement pizza, I declined and requested a refund as I paid in cash. The supervisor mentioned the home office would contact me for more details, but I haven't received any updates yet. I frequently purchase breadsticks from your company, especially for my nonverbal special needs ten-year-old who adores your food. However, the quality at the Central Entrance store in Duluth, MN, has consistently disappointed us. Despite loving your breadsticks elsewhere, the ones from this store lack the classic Parmesan topping and are often not up to par. Recently, we ordered $20 worth of breadsticks for a party, hoping for improvement, but sadly, the usual subpar ones were delivered. This was disappointing, especially for my son. I am seeking a refund or the amount spent as gift cards. It would be appreciated if corporate could ensure proper training at this store to recreate your delicious breadsticks. I placed an order through your app at location #[redacted] in Griffin, GA at 11:00 AM today. The payment was processed, but the order was not received by the store. When I contacted the manager, she was unhelpful and stated she couldn't assist, leaving me out $27.81. After persisting, she agreed to honor the original amount but asked for an extra $5.19. Ultimately, I still don't have a resolution for the initial payment issue, and I'm concerned about not receiving my order. I'm now trying to place a new order and pay in cash to avoid further problems. This has been a frustrating experience, and I'm unsure if I will ever receive my pizza. On November 2nd, [redacted], I ordered a special from Pizza Hut for a large double cheese, double pepperoni pizza with a 2-liter drink. Despite calling the store at 6:30 pm and receiving the delivery at 8:30 pm from the location at [redacted] West Main Street, Danville, VA [redacted], there were numerous issues. The pizza arrived cold with only pepperoni on stuffed crust instead of the requested toppings. Additionally, the total at delivery was $10 more than the expected amount which I paid in cash, including a $5 tip to account for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. After contacting the store and being promised a replacement pizza that I declined due to late hour, I reached out to Pizza Hut via email on November 4th, [redacted]. Despite sending a detailed account of the situation and not receiving any satisfactory response, I am still waiting for resolution.

I made an online pizza order for delivery but was told there were no drivers available and asked to switch to carryout. I opted to cancel, but my debit card was still charged. I placed a new order at a different Pizza Hut, only to find out later that they didn't deliver to my location. Surprisingly, I was still charged on my bank statement. It seems I was charged twice by the same location for orders that never arrived. I'm seeking a refund for both orders, as this situation has been quite frustrating.

It was my birthday on November 14th, a Thursday. I ordered four medium pizzas, 12 wings, and two 2-liter sodas for my friends and kids. Unfortunately, we waited 3 and a half hours for the delivery. When it arrived, the food was cold, the wings were missing, and they only brought one 2-liter soda instead of two. Despite informing them about the missing items, the response was disrespectful and unhelpful. I've been trying to get this resolved by calling since Friday, but no one seems to care. I spent $54 on this order, and as a General Manager at a local McDonald's nearby, I was shocked by the poor service. It ruined my birthday celebration, causing some kids to leave early on a school night. I hope someone will reach out to me soon to address this issue.

I purchased a carry out pizza from your Douglas, Georgia location on Highway [redacted]. My order was a deep dish pizza with mushrooms, black olives, and ground beef. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the pizza was not a deep dish. I called to address the issue and was told I could bring it back. I expressed my disappointment as the order was incorrect, and after some back and forth, I was given a two-dollar credit as compensation. However, I feel this was insufficient given the mistake and the manager's insistence that the pizza was deep dish when it wasn't. As someone with extensive customer service experience, I found the interaction lacking. I am requesting a refund for the subpar service and will not be returning to this establishment.

Tonight, my family and I had a great dinner at Pizza Hut in Manitowoc, WI. The pizza was amazing, especially my favorite pizza of all time! The kids had personal pizzas, and my husband and I shared a large pan pizza with pepperoni, ham, and green peppers. Although there was a small mistake with one of the personal pizzas, the staff quickly fixed it, and we got an extra pizza out of it. However, on our way home, we realized we forgot our leftover box at the restaurant. I called back immediately, but there was a misunderstanding, and when my husband went to retrieve it, they had already disposed of it. I was upset with myself for forgetting, as I hate wasting food and money. I understand it's just pizza, but it bothers me when things are wasted. I was curious if there is a policy for Pizza Hut employees to discard leftover pizza.

My partner ordered from Pizza Hut at [redacted] Cullen Blvd., Houston, TX [redacted] by VaLorie H. and it was delivered around 9-10 pm on 12/02/[redacted]. The delivery driver behaved inappropriately towards my partner, making unwelcome advances. Despite my partner saving his flirtatious messages, he refused to provide his name or the name of the female manager when contacted later. His actions were akin to solicitation, as evidenced by the saved text messages. Such behavior is unacceptable, and we request that the employee faces appropriate disciplinary measures.
