I was trying to order a meal from Pizza Hut that would be delivered, at the very least, to my apartment parking lot. Food was made, and they sat on my order for a while before calling and telling me they couldn't deliver anymore ... Ordered a total of almost $**.** worth of food for delivery today, but store called and told me it could not be delivered (logistical issue), and my options were carryout or refund. I ordered delivery because I couldn't do carryout, so I had no choice but to take the refund. But now I'm hungry and have to find someone else capable of delivering a meal to me. Nothing was offered but a full refund. I'm not a "freebies" kind of person, but it doesn't sit right with me. I have been ordering from Pizza Hut since I was old enough to do it, and I'm ** years old now. I value their pizza quality over their competition. It just doesn't feel right and I'm HUGELY disappointed!**Store Information:****** S Redwood Road*South Jordan, UT****-***-******My Information:*Michael DePaolo****** S Jordan Gtwy*South Jordan, UT ******(***) ***-****
This was especially frustrating because I'm a fan of their pizza, and it's a shame that this one experience has really turned me off from them.
Pizza Hut could make this right by offering me a free meal equivalent to the cost of my original order, and deliver it all to my front door for free
I've been a customer since I was that little kid growing up in Florida. I'm ** years old now. I've made stops at every Pizza Hut I could find on my work travels around the USA. I'm a travel nurse, so seeing something familiar like PH makes a new city feel like home just a little bit more
I've written directly to Pizza Hut corporate
