I placed an order online for a pizza using my reward points to pay for it, scheduling the pickup for 6:15 PM after ordering an hour in advance. Upon arrival, I waited for the order only to find out it was not prepared. The staff then mentioned they ran out of two toppings I had requested. Subsequently, they asked for my replacement topping preference, offering it for free. The main issue was the lack of communication about the delay, resulting in a wasted trip of 30 minutes each way to the Pizza Hut 25 miles from me. As I had a party to attend, waiting for a remake was not an option. This experience highlights why Pizza Huts are facing a decline in business.

I placed an order for nearly $60.00 of food delivery today, but the store called to explain they couldn't deliver due to a logistical problem. I was offered a choice of carryout or a refund. Since I couldn't do carryout, I had to accept the refund, leaving me hungry and needing to find another option for a meal delivery. While I'm not one to seek freebies, only a refund was provided. Having been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since I was young, I'm now 38 and highly value their pizza quality over other options. This situation has left me feeling disheartened and let down. I attempted to place an online order for delivery around 9 pm. Unfortunately, the nearest Pizza Hut location on Rufe Snow, which was the only one that delivers to me, was out of most items I wanted. After contacting another Pizza Hut location, there were issues honoring the Pizza Hut points and deals over the phone. Despite multiple calls to both locations, I faced rude responses as items became unavailable. Eventually, I resorted to placing an order for carry-out at a different location, only to find upon arrival that the order had not been started. The experience, coupled with past encounters of rude staff and subpar food quality, has left me extremely frustrated. I value timely, accurate, and respectful service, especially after a long shift. It is disheartening to face such challenges when ordering from Pizza Hut, a brand I have trusted. I simply seek a hassle-free experience with my order being available, prepared correctly, and complete - expectations I believe are reasonable.

Yesterday, before work, I placed an online order at [redacted] S. Wentworth Ave, Chicago, IL. It was for 3 cheese breadsticks and cajun seasoned fries. The fries were fine, but as I reached the last cheese breadstick, I found a long hair in the dough. Unable to return to the restaurant due to work, I called to address the issue. A Manager, who refused to share their name, claimed not to have been present during the incident and would not provide the name of the staff member involved. Frustrated by the lack of transparency and professionalism, I was told to call back between opening hours and 3pm. Feeling unsatisfied with the response and the poor quality of food, I seek proper compensation for the inconvenience and unsanitary experience.

After a busy day, I decided to treat my children to a pizza with bread and a cookie pizza, but when it arrived, it was stuck to the top of the box with no plastic piece in the middle to protect it. I contacted store #[redacted] and spoke to a manager, Kaitlyn, who was rude and refused to transfer me to someone else. She mentioned they could remake it but I would have to pay for delivery again. I wasn't only disappointed about the pizza but also her lack of customer service skills. I spent over $33 on the order, and opening the box left me feeling disheartened. I did take a picture if needed.

I have contacted my local Pizza Hut twice in the past month to order the $7.99 large 2-topping pizza. The recorded message when calling in states that you can call or click to get that price. However, when I called, I was put on hold as ordering online seemed confusing. Online ordering requested a coupon code that was not provided, making it impossible to place the order. When I spoke with someone, they insisted that the $7.99 price was only available online, contradicting the initial recording. Unfortunately, due to this inconvenience and the lack of clarity, I have chosen to order from a competitor who offered a simpler process. I hope Pizza Hut can address this issue, as I would prefer to support a business close to my home. Thank you, Leesa S.

I recently placed a delivery order for plain chicken with honey BBQ sauce, but I received buffalo hot chicken with orange seasoning instead. When I called Contra Loma Pizza Hut in Antioch, CA to address the issue, the lady on the phone was unhelpful and argued with me. Despite having just had surgery, I went to the store with a friend. The lady was rude and continued to argue. After requesting a refund, she only refunded me $15.99 for the chicken, not including the delivery fee. During this interaction, she made a racist comment about not having fried chicken, which was completely uncalled for. This experience has made me reconsider Pizza Hut as a favorite dining spot for me, my friends, and family. I'm disappointed with the customer service and lack of apology for their mistake. I will be sharing my negative experience online and in my blog to warn others. - Dissatisfied Customer, S.T.

I worked at Pizza Hut and enjoyed my job, but the general manager at my store was awful. She treated employees poorly, threatening to run the store alone and allowing her husband to freely enter the kitchen. Recently, I made a mistake with prep work and took responsibility, but the GM yelled and cursed at me in front of others. Despite my efforts to fix things, she continued her disrespectful behavior. Many staff members dislike her superiority complex and her refusal to grant time off. I'm a single dad who needs weekends to be with my kids, which she initially agreed to but later ignored. Treating a team with respect and appreciation is vital, which she fails to do. Please investigate this issue at the Walnut Grove store in Loganville, GA, with GM Ariel Mathis. Other employees' perspectives will reveal the truth about her management style.

I recently placed an order with Pizza Hut for delivery to my workplace in the mall. Unfortunately, the driver informed me that it's against company policy to deliver to mall locations, which I was unaware of. I inquired about this policy, but the driver's response was rude and disrespectful, suggesting I change my attitude. This treatment was uncalled for, and when I tried to address the issue with the manager, the situation only escalated. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I believe that stores should be retrained or potentially closed. I want to share my negative experience with other stores in the mall to ensure they are aware of this location's poor service.

I am concerned about the manager at Pizza Hut in Fredonia, Kansas. My son, who lives and works in Fredonia, has renal failure and needs to undergo kidney dialysis twice a week in Independence, which is a 20-minute drive away. Due to flooding caused by heavy rains, he had to stay in Independence to ensure he wouldn't miss his dialysis appointment. Consequently, he had to miss a day of work. The store manager called him stating that if he couldn't come into work, he wouldn't have a job. I find this behavior unprofessional and am urging for a change in company policy. As a fellow manager, I believe that all managers should be coached on personal conduct and respect for employees. I plan to have a complaint sent by the local law offices, where his in-laws own, to the management of the store. It is important to address this issue to ensure businesses and employees are not negatively affected by one emotional outburst and an impulsive decision in a small town like Fredonia.

While traveling out of town, I searched for the nearest Pizza Hut and was assured by Luis that they could deliver to my hotel. However, when Jessica, the delivery person, notified me at 9:04 pm that they couldn't deliver to my location, I was taken aback. I agreed to pick up the pizza, requesting it be recooked due to the delay. Jessica said she would speak with the manager for a recook, ready in 15 minutes. Arriving promptly at the store after a 3-mile drive, I found my order ready but disappointingly cold, appearing to be over an hour old. Considering the initial delivery mistake, I was dissatisfied with the lack of good customer service in not remaking the food. I merely sought a fresh and warm meal, not freebies. I hope for a prompt response via email or phone to address this issue. This experience occurred at the Pizza Hut on Main St. in Fort Worth, TX, identified by ticket [redacted], order taken at 8:20 pm by Luis with code [redacted].

Last night, I placed an online order for wings and garlic knots from Pizza Hut around 9:57 pm. The estimated delivery time was 10:40 pm, and the total came to $47.78. However, by 10:55 pm, my order hadn't arrived. When I called the Pizza Hut location, Christy informed me that no order had been processed 15 minutes ago and that it would be out for delivery next. Despite the location being less than a mile away, my order didn’t arrive until 11:18 pm. The delivery driver had made stops at other locations before delivering mine, resulting in cold, poorly sauced wings. The delay in delivery and unsatisfactory condition of the food was frustrating, especially with Pizza Hut's dismissive attitude. I won’t be ordering from them again. I plan to voice my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and corporate offices to address the poor delivery experience and food quality at this location. It's important for food handling guidelines to be followed correctly to avoid such mishaps in the future.

I recently placed a significant order with Pizza Hut but had a very disappointing experience with their service. Despite waiting over an hour for my food, a call from the store around 10:25 pm questioned if I still wanted my order. After confirming, I was promised a discount due to the delay. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact the store, I never received my food. By the time I spoke to someone at 11:45 pm, I was informed the location was closing soon, leaving me without my order. This was incredibly frustrating as my kids were left hungry and ended up falling asleep without their meal. The store in question is located at [redacted] N. Pine Hills Rd. Orlando, Florida [redacted]. The way this business was run has left me feeling furious and deeply dissatisfied.

I ordered three $5 pizzas, two orders of boneless wings, one order of bone-in wings, one large cheese-stuffed pizza with half mushrooms, and a double order of breadsticks at around 9:15 pm. At 10:25 pm, Pizza Hut called to confirm my order since it was taking longer than the estimated 62 minutes. After expressing my frustration due to the delay, they apologized and mentioned they would offer a discount for the inconvenience. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store and being misinformed by the call center, I was unable to reach a resolution until approximately 11:45 pm. Unfortunately, the store informed me they were closing at midnight, and my order was never received. This experience left me and my hungry kids deeply disappointed and upset. The Pizza Hut branch in question is located at [redacted] N. Pine Hills Rd., Orlando, Florida [redacted]. This service standard is unacceptable, and I am seeking clarification on this unacceptable customer service experience.

I've encountered multiple problems with the Pizza Hut in Groesbeck, Texas. Today's experience was particularly bad. I placed an online order at 10:04 a.m. and phoned the store at 11:00 a.m. to confirm they got it. The staff member said they did receive it but would be 30 minutes late. They explained a large order came in at 10:30 a.m. and they prioritized it. My small order of a medium pizza and two sets of wings was pushed back. I needed it by a specific time due to work, as it was for a student. Dissatisfaction lingers not just from today but from past experiences at this site. I seek improved customer service at this location and wish to rectify these issues.

I would like to raise a concern regarding a recent purchase I made at your London, Ontario branch located at [redacted] Wonderland Rd. S. I bought 2 large pizzas at 20:36:26, with Order Number [redacted]. I was under the impression of a promotion where buying one large pizza would grant a 50% discount on the second, reducing the total to $21.50. However, I was charged $36.45 instead. The cashier failed to inform me that this offer was only available online. When I inquired after making the purchase, the staff member mentioned I could only avail the discount on the second pizza and could order online next time for the promotion. I believe this lack of communication led to unnecessary expenses on my part. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Hani

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to address a recent issue I encountered. I purchased a large pizza from a branch in London, Ontario, located at [redacted] Wonderland Rd. S, postal code N6K3S4, at 20:36:26. My order number is [redacted]. I was interested in the offer of buying one large pizza and getting a **% discount. However, I ended up paying $36.45 instead of $21.50 as expected. It was disappointing to find out that the discount was applicable only for online orders after I had paid the full amount at the cashier. The employee did not inform me of this policy prior to my purchase. When I raised the issue, the response I received was that I could avail of the offer next time by ordering online. Thank you, Hani

About a week ago, my boyfriend and I had a long day and decided to order dinner from Pizza Hut. We usually have had good experiences with them, but last week was a disaster. Our order was completely wrong - we received an extra pizza we didn't order, and the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a while. The garlic knots and chicken alfredo were dry and unpleasant. When I called to complain, Haley apologized and offered to replace the order, but I declined as the food was inedible. I later spoke to Tony, who couldn't find my order without the correct phone number, which I was unsure about. I insisted that our address should be sufficient for them to locate the order history. I left my number - [redacted] - and requested a call back. My name is Don Hill. Thank you.

I placed an online delivery order requesting extra cheese on my pizza, paid for it, and left specific instructions for more cheese. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived without the extra cheese, which has happened before at this Pizza Hut. The staff at this location on Green Mountain Drive in Branson, Missouri, seem to have a poor attitude, hardly smile, and make customers feel unwelcome. In contrast, the other Pizza Hut in Branson Hills Parkway is friendly, with smiling staff, and my orders turn out great every time. It would be beneficial for the Green Mountain Drive location to improve adherence to standards, customer service, and friendliness, similar to the other Pizza Hut in town.

I placed an order at Pizza Hut on Cascade Rd for two medium pizzas and boneless wings on June 5, [redacted], at 6:15 p.m. Unfortunately, my food arrived at 9:50 p.m, and it was cold. I called the store and spoke to a young man, explaining the situation respectfully. He offered a credit or refund the next morning between 10-11 a.m. I opted for a refund, and he agreed. The following morning, I called the store as agreed but was informed I could only receive $10 in credit instead of a full refund of $21 and some change. I live nearby, so the food should not have arrived cold. I had kids waiting to eat, and the food was cold and hard when it arrived. Despite my professionalism, I was disappointed with the resolution provided by the manager from the previous night.
