I placed an order for a pizza and wings online at 7 p.m. and later called at 8:45 p.m. without anyone picking up. When I went to the Pizza Hut, I found a handwritten note saying they were closed. The online status shows my pizza to be delivered at 5 a.m., a time the store isn't open, which is inconvenient for a dinner order. I had to go to a neighboring place to place my order. I've faced issues consistently at this location, which is also the designated delivery spot for me. Despite understanding that unforeseen events occur in the service industry, the poor service and reliability at this branch don't align with the brand image. While I doubt Pizza Hut will see this message, I've been a long-time customer who appreciates the product. The staff is friendly, but there seem to be operational and staffing issues that need addressing. This branch's performance reflects poorly on Pizza Hut in a growing market area. It's a pity that other nearby competitors like Domino's and Papa John's might benefit from this location's service shortcomings.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Your Clarksdale Mississippi Store with an employee named Mr. Diamond Richards. His behavior was unprofessional, abrupt, and rude while handling an issue. I doubt Pizza Hut Inc. would condone such conduct. I kindly request that action be taken to address his inappropriate behavior. On April 8, [redacted], my wife, Kristina Schmidt, ordered a pizza at 9:15 P.M. We patiently waited but when she called at 10 P.M., she was informed by the call center that our order was cancelled. We were also told that someone tried to deliver the pizza, but we received no knock or call. Despite waiting nearly an hour, we never received our order and couldn't get in touch with anyone for assistance. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I made an order at [redacted], expecting delivery by [redacted]. When I hadn't received my order by [redacted], I contacted the store. They claimed they had tried to deliver, but I didn't answer the phone. I was monitoring the pizza tracker, which indicated it had not left the kitchen. The store provided a different phone number than the one I had given. I also asked if they had the gate code on file, which they didn't. Confused because I've had successful deliveries before, I confirmed I still wanted my order. Finally, it arrived by [redacted]. Upon checking the receipt, my correct number, address, and gate code were listed. This experience left me feeling frustrated as I feared being dismissed. I believe there was a communication breakdown that caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

We ordered a $55 pizza, and unfortunately, it was the worst we've ever had. No white sauce was on it, and the red sauce tasted burnt. The pepperoni and olive pizza did not meet our expectations. The pasta and breadsticks were delicious though. When we called to complain, they claimed they had no record of our call the next day. We simply wanted the pizzas replaced, not the entire order. The manager made us feel responsible for the bad pizza. After reaching out to another manager who initially seemed helpful, nothing was done. I have been billed several times by Pizza Hut. I reached out to the store promptly and was instructed to call back the following day when the manager would be available. I followed up and spoke with the manager, who was not helpful at all. I have also reached out to Pizza Hut customer service. They assured me I would be contacted today, but no one has reached out to me yet, and the charges have not been reimbursed. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am currently on vacation from my job as a delivery person at Pizza Hut. I contacted Pizza Hut and was informed about a deal for 2 pizzas, 1 topping, cheese sticks, and a 2-liter Sierra Mist for $22.06 including taxes and delivery fee. However, upon receiving my order, I only got 1 pizza and cheese sticks, with no soda, napkins, or plates. Despite calling the restaurant back, it took 15 to 20 minutes to receive the missing soda, and I didn't receive the second pizza. Throughout the interaction, I was repeatedly referred to as "sir," despite being a female. The management acknowledged the mistake in the order but did not provide a satisfactory resolution or an apology. As someone who works in delivery, I understand the importance of timely and accurate service, without any excuses.

We have been ordering for years. This is the third time in a row that there was no blue cheese for the wings or dipping sauce for the breadsticks. Today was the first time I called to complain. I called the local number, got redirected, then finally reached the Amsterdam NY Pizza Hut. I explained this was the third time we didn't receive the items we ordered. The staff member wanted to charge me for the missing items, despite my comments online and informing them during the call. The delivery driver confirmed the missing items were in the box. I expressed my frustration with the service and lack of customer service in Amsterdam NY. I suggested that as a Customer Service Rep, I would have handled the situation differently to keep the customer happy and ensure their return.

I attempted to place an order online, but encountered issues twice; thus, I opted to call to complete my order, which went smoothly. Surprisingly, the next day I noticed two charges from Pizza Hut on my card. Consequently, on Sunday, the 7th of April, I contacted them to request a refund for one of the transactions. They advised me to wait a day or two; however, the refund has not reflected in my bank account yet. I harbor no ill will towards Pizza Hut; I simply wish to have my money reimbursed for pizzas that I never received. I still value Pizza Hut's service and wish to continue ordering from them in the future.

This is the second time I've encountered an issue with the same manager at the restaurant in Bourbonnais, IL. When I called to inquire about deals, she directed me to their website, stating she was too busy to explain. Despite my request for a quick explanation, she refused and abruptly ended the call. The following day, the General Manager apologized and mentioned sending me free food before, which confused me as I had never contacted them previously for any free items. All I am seeking is for the situation to be addressed. The manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional, and the GM's response left me feeling unheard. I hope they take steps to address this matter promptly as I am now hesitant to order from them due to this experience.

I placed an order for a pizza at 8:37 p.m. today, and the cashier mentioned it would arrive within 45 minutes. When it didn't show up, I called back at 9:54 p.m., and they couldn't find my order, requiring me to place it again. I inquired about a refund due to the delay, but the manager declined, insisting on the regular price. I pressed for some compensation, but she refused. When I asked for her name, she abruptly hung up. Subsequent calls resulted in being hung up on multiple times. Another call revealed a person named Aaron and a manager named Sharon. After waiting for over an hour with house guests, I had to leave to get food elsewhere, wasting my time.

The quality of service at our Pizza Hut on [redacted] W National Ave in New Berlin, WI, has been disappointing lately. Delivery times have worsened, making it difficult for us to order our usual Sunday pizza. The nearby location couldn't come to our aid either. Trying to order online last Sunday, we were shocked to see a [redacted]-minute wait time. When we called to inquire, the staff hung up on us three times. Today, on another Sunday, the situation didn't improve. The manager reportedly left abruptly, leading to a 2-hour delivery timeframe or 1-hour pick-up wait. I have visual evidence of these incidents and would gladly share them. It's frustrating to experience this decline in service. I hope for a resolution for our Pizza Hut or for the nearest branch to be able to deliver to us.

I placed an online pizza order that was mistakenly set for delivery to my workplace. After realizing this, I contacted the call center, but they kept me on hold for a total of 35 minutes. Despite making six calls, my issue wasn't promptly addressed. The call center mentioned they were unable to reach the store. I had a frustrating experience with a Pizza Hut employee named Anthony or Tony. I placed an order for one cheese package, which is six packets, but received six cheese packets instead. When I called to address the issue, Anthony/Tony was rude and unhelpful. Despite my loyalty and monthly spending of about $4,[redacted] at Pizza Hut, I was treated poorly. I even ordered six pizzas and still encountered this problem. It's disappointing because Pizza Hut is a favorite for my family, even my dog enjoys it. The employee refused to rectify the mistake by replacing the incorrect items. I feel like my loyalty and patronage are not valued.

I've lost my appetite and ended up with metallic-tasting pizzas because of Tony/Anthony from Lilburn, GA. Despite being a loyal customer, this disrespectful behavior has left me with incomplete orders and a disappointing experience. This is the seventh time he has caused issues, and I will boycott Pizza Hut until he is no longer employed there. I've spent at least $[redacted] a month, expecting better service. I demand a refund for the ruined meals and poor quality. It's not just about the money; it's about respecting customers. I attempted to order two personal supreme pan pizzas from the Pizza Hut in Jarratt, VA at around 11:40 today. The employee at Pizza Hut insisted on making only one since there was already one ready under the heat lamps. I had requested two fresh pizzas because the one I saw didn't appear fresh. Eventually, I bought the stale pizza without further discussion. The employee's attitude was impolite and unfriendly. The first pizza tasted terrible, so I disposed of it. When I tried to pay for the second pizza, I mentioned that it was overcooked and inedible, expressing my disappointment. Instead of apologizing, the employee became defensive and started yelling, insisting it was fresh. I found her behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite having encountered her unfriendly demeanor before, this recent incident was unacceptable.

While visiting a customer in Somerset, I found myself lost and hungry in Fall River. I decided to grab a bite at Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member named Angeli was incredibly rude and unpleasant. Despite confirming my location in Fall River, she seemed dismissive and unhelpful. I recently had a negative experience with a delivery driver from a pizza place. After speaking with a manager named Atorw, I was offered a remake of my order due to the incident. However, despite being assured the driver wouldn't return to my address, he did and left the food on my porch. The promised pizza from the manager later arrived, but my kids no longer want to eat from that pizza place due to the ordeal. I contacted the store asking for a refund instead of credit as I don't plan to order from them again. The manager, who claimed his name was Burco or something similar, was rude, interrupted me, shared his version of events from a day he wasn't present, cursed at me, and hung up. I am disappointed with this experience and will escalate if the situation is not addressed satisfactorily with the driver being fired and the manager facing consequences.

Last night, I placed an online order at 9:12 for food that I had already paid for and was going to pick up. Due to unexpected events with my kids, I arrived right at 10 just to find out that my order was never even made. I had been trying to call the Pizza Hut I ordered from to inform them of my arrival but they never answered. Despite my efforts to make it before closing time, the employees were unresponsive and said no to-go orders were prepared. I placed the order at 9:25 and the confirmation email indicated it should have been ready by 9:40. Can I please request a refund to my card since the order was not fulfilled?

Dear Customer Service, I placed an online order at 8:24 pm and have yet to receive it. When I contacted customer service 80 minutes after receiving the order confirmation email, I was informed that the order hadn't left the branch due to an electricity shutdown. However, I am disappointed that I was not informed of the delay, resulting in additional frustration. Ordering online from Pizza Hut should enhance convenience, but this experience has been the opposite. Waiting over TWO HOURS for my pizza is unacceptable. As a reputable company, I expect prompt action to address this issue and improve customer experience. Thank you.

Our recent visit to Pizza Hut was incredibly disappointing. The service was slow, and the waitress was unfriendly. The pizza we ordered was of poor quality, but when we tried to address the issue, we were met with resistance. The salad we ordered was missing the croutons, and we had to remind the staff about our drinks. The overall experience took over an hour and a half, and the table was left uncleared when we finally decided to leave.
