Contacted customer service three times about an issue. They never called back, and on the third try to talk with them, the representative claims I have a credit at the store where I had a problem and that they called me and left a message to that effect. I checked my call log and there's nothing at the time and date reported. Nobody told me I had a credit, and absolutely nobody called and left a message as described. I would like to speak to someone who can directly address the issue reported, not an email exchange, not a chat, but a phone conversation. The store was so awful, even if I have a store credit there, I'm not comfortable calling them back. What's worse now is that I'm being lied to about getting a call and message about the credit. What does a person have to do to get the attention of someone who cares about the customer?
