The issue in GetHuman-hernanca's own words
I ordered for delivery and paid with my credit card. About **-** minutes later Pizza Hut called me back saying the card was declined and could I provide the card again. I was driving home so I told them I would just pay cash. Delivery driver showed up shortly after I got home and I paid him cash plus tip. We checked our bank account and found the charge was on it ($**.**). I called the Pizza Hut and the order taker transferred me to a female that identified herself as a supervisor. I explained what happened and she asked me to hold and put me on hold. A little while later the order taker picked up the line asking to take my order. I explained I was on hold with the supervisor and could I speak to her again? He said he had a Manager and transferred me to her. This different female identified herself as Jasmin and I explained everything again including being on hold with a female superviser. She said she was the only female there. She looked up my order with my phone number and said it showed only that I paid cash. She said maybe it was a bank error and I should watch my account for the next few days to see if it drops off. I would like to hear from Pizza Hut Corporate HQ on whether this sounds all legitimate.
