Makita the manager at the **** Monticello location has been belatedly rude and hung up on my twice...all this after I've been calling since *pm about my order that was placed at *:**pm ************************* *This is my order number. *After speaking with Dave I found out my order was no longer in the system which tells me she deleted my order. I called to ask why she lie about my order being on it's way she became rude, which Dave explained to me was because she was stressed out.*I just want my my money refunded to me asap and not that it matters but I will not be going back there again. I did submit an email prior to this on with the wrong address as I only put **st. Yes, I did threaten her as she started yelling at me and hanging up on me, as well as avoiding the reason why I was calling by saying "well you wont get your refund from me here's a number you can call" in a very disrespectful manner and tone. I'd recommend that she be fired or demoted as she is not fit to handle a "stressful" job.
