I was at the Pizza Hut located on **** Santa Barbara Blvd, Suite ***, Cape Coral, FL ***** on February **. I am highly upset that everytime I try calling for my refund I keep getting sent to people working outside of that store, like a corporate management system. My total amount was $**.** on the date mentioned above. I am very upset, I am requesting my refund immediately. the wings were disgusting, too cooked and dried and hardly no sauce on them, I could see the crispy crust, they were awful. Also my double side of breadsticks were not fresh at all, they were like warmed up making them very hard to bite and chew. I am highly dissappointed. My order was: Side of barbecue wings (*), side of mild wings (*), double side of breadsticks, ranch dip, and blue cheese dip. Find my receipt and please refund my debit card. This is so unprofessional, especially since I can’t even get a hold of the manager. What makes them so important that they have to transfer the calls. I wanted to speak directly with the manager to get my refund and that they didn’t have an excuse to not give it to me. Now its been * days and counting and I don’t care because its not my fault I want my money back, you can’t serve food like that to paying customers. Thank you.
