On February **th, I tried to order a pizza on line and the "on line" portion of the sale didn't let me send the order through it so I had to call it in to the store.**I started to order another pizza last night (My Favorite) and found that I didn't get a reward credit for the other purchase, I guess because I had to call the order in. My ticket * is ***, Register *, Server: Scott, Unit *: ****** and I ordered it at *:**pm. My * is: ***.***.**** and my name is Peggy Gourley. ALSO, for the second time that I have gone to the pick-up window, I am NEVER acknowledged and have to get out of the car and knock on the window (several times), even when there is a Pizza Hut person that I can see. It would be less stressful to have someone man the window or at least acknowledge that a car is there.
