I placed an order at *:**pm on *******. The online website stated that my order will be delivered at **:**pm. I called Pizza Hut around **:** to ask why the delivery was taking as long as it did and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. She stated “well you’re not the only person that ordered pizza and we have *-* hours to get the order to you”. She also told me to call her if I was not happy with my order when it came. The order came around **:** and I called to notify the manager that I was not satisfied. She stated “okay...”. I stated that I was not satisfied and she said “let me talk to the driver”. I gave the driver the phone and after the talked, she hung up. I was very dissatisfied with this visit and especially with the manager. She was yelled every time I spoke with her and none of it was necessary.
