Hello, tonight at *pm I ordered a pizza and wings via your website for delivery. I received a text confirmation which included the ability to track my order. After an hour, the status of my order had not changed and I tried to check via the website, but when I signed in I couldn't find an existing order to check on. I called the store and asked if they had my order that I had placed online. They asked my name and then again how I had placed the order and the young man said, he did not have my order and that there was an issue with the website. So I placed a carry out order and as soon as I hung up I received a text that my original order was out for delivery. I tried to call the store back to inquire again as to what was going on and there was no answer. While I was debating if I should head to the store for the carryout order or wait at home for the delivery, my doorbell rang and my original order arrived. I was able to reach the store after that to let them know to cancel my order. What a hassle! If there is an issue with the website, don't you have the ability to put an alert on the site not to use it? Although, there was apparently no issue because it did go through and eventually arrive at my door. Then why couldn't the young man locate my order in your system? We love pizza hut, but I hope this was an exception and we don't have this kind of issue again. Thank you for taking my feedback. The store I'm referencing is located on Highway N in Lake Saint Louis, MO *****. Thank you.
