Hi, I tried placing an order last night via phone and wow! After trying for an hour to order online I called the store only to be told that I "have never ordered from this location" (I have frequently) and that my *needed to be verified. After giving my * I waited ** minuets for a phone call. Then when I finally received a call I was told that the deal I wanted (* medium * topping breadsticks and a * liter) "wasn't in the system, all we have is * medium * topping" I had Checked and it was available with nothing stating ONLINE ONLY. I thrn proceeded to order, * medium * topping pizzas o my to be told I couldn't place that order because it wasn't in the system. Um? Okay? I decided to call another store, and they told me that yes I HAD ordered from them previously, what I wanted WAS available as a deal but I was outside that stores delivery area. I was fine with the second store, they were pleasant and helpful. The first store was rude, hateful and snotty. From now on I will drive to location * and do carry out IF I decide to order
