I ordered a pizza at *:**pm today *****. Delivery said **-** mins. Hour and a half later I call. Guy says they have no driver but it's there if I want it. He said the mgr tried to contact me. I have the flu not going anywhere which is why delivery. My phone is right beside me. No text, no email, no call. No one tried to contact me. I told them the cancel and refund me and I got....ummm ok. I need some type of confirmation that my card will be refunded. ABSOLUTELY worst pizza hut ever. I am in food service. One of my best friends was a regional for ** years. This type of service is crazy and the dont care attitude is what made it even worse. The world is too competitive these days for horrible service. I want a refund. Order * was *************************. Food was never received!
