We ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks from Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, they forgot two pizzas and provided the wrong wings. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager's response was quite rude. Despite explaining my concerns politely, the manager offered a two-hour delivery timeframe, which was not suitable as it was late for the kids. I inquired about a refund for the incorrect and missing items, but the manager responded negatively, canceling the whole order abruptly. Despite previous issues at this Pizza Hut location, we were hopeful for a better experience. Sadly, the manager's disrespectful behavior left us extremely disappointed. However, the delivery person expressed willingness to rectify the situation. I now need to contact them to address the issue further.

I ordered from Pizza Hut in Denton last night at 6:00PM. By 7:10PM, my order still hadn't arrived, and despite multiple calls to the store, there was no answer. After calling another number, I was informed that the estimated delivery time was 10:10PM - a wait of 4 hours for pizza. Even though the store is only a mile away, I drove there and managed to intercept my order being taken out with other deliveries. Upon speaking to a staff member, they adjusted the charges as if it were a walk-in order, removing the delivery fee and tip. Unfortunately, when I got home, the pizza was cold, indicating it had been sitting for a while. I'm disappointed with this experience and may reconsider using Pizza Hut again in the future. Last night, I attempted to place an order online but encountered issues with applying my coupon. When I called, I was informed that they were not offering delivery service despite the online platform not indicating any delays. This has led to multiple instances of receiving cold food deliveries in the past. Unfortunately, there have been numerous occasions where my orders were declined due to short staffing. I believe the establishment could benefit from a capable manager to address these ongoing issues. The response I received when I mentioned my online ordering difficulties was unsatisfactory, with the person suggesting I call back the next morning. The individual I spoke to was named Andrew or Andy, and I recall interacting with a manager named Taquilla previously. I truly hope for improvements as I am hesitant about continuing to place orders with them due to these recurring problems.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery from my local Pizza Hut on 11/28/[redacted] at [redacted] Dunn Ave, Jacksonville, DL [redacted]. The order was supposed to be delivered by 9:50pm, but by 10:15pm, we still hadn't received it. After calling, a female employee said it was on its way. After another call at 10:30pm, a male manager explained they ran out of hand-tossed crust and had to remake the pizza. The pizza finally arrived at 10:54pm with thin crust instead. The manager offered a discount for our next order, but I believe our entire pizza should have been replaced due to the delay and error. It was disappointing to receive such poor service and not get what we paid for.

I recently ordered a free pizza due to a prior order from Pizza Hut arriving over 2 hours late. However, this current delivery is also more than 2 hours late. I firmly believe that given the circumstances of two separate 2-hour delays, and considering I placed the order at 4:45 pm, well before the busy period, the pizza should have been complimentary. Despite my request, the staff declined to provide it for free. Consequently, I decided to cancel my order. The customer service was quite disappointing; the manager did not address me personally and delegated the interaction to another employee. Moreover, I experienced a significant wait time on the phone, being placed on hold for almost 15 minutes after the initial conversation, which led me to suspect that I may have been forgotten.

My pizza arrived 45 minutes later than expected. Upon delivery, I found my large meat lovers' pizza was overcooked and burnt but cold. The meat was tough, and the cheese pizza for my kids was also inedible. Additionally, the three sets of wings were cold and not safe to eat. Despite my background in food handling, this was a terrible experience. The store manager was dismissive and hung up on me when I tried to address these issues. My order total was $57.02. I am not seeking a freebie, just hoping for a resolution to this situation since the manager failed to assist me.

I called for a delivery just like I've done many times before, especially after sunset. About a month ago, I ordered and was informed that my location was considered unsafe, but they still delivered. This time, I placed an online pizza order through store #[redacted] for delivery. After I made the payment, the store called me after about 10 minutes, stating they do not deliver to my area after dark because it's unsafe due to lack of light. I was frustrated and asked for the reason. The person on the phone mentioned it was because of safety concerns in a poorly lit area where I live. I was incredibly upset by the implication and expressed my frustration. I mentioned that just because there are many people of color in my neighborhood, it shouldn't be a reason to refuse service to a long-time customer. I am now thinking about seeking legal advice on this matter.

I placed an order for a pizza at 7:12 p.m. and the estimated delivery time was 8:13 p.m. When 8:30 p.m. came and the pizza still hadn't arrived, I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. Finally, after several attempts, someone picked up and informed me the pizza would arrive in about 5 minutes. By 9:30 p.m., my pizza was still not here, causing me frustration. Despite my continuous calls, the staff seemed to hang up on me each time. When I managed to reach them using another phone, the person said the order had been canceled an hour prior because the driver tried calling me but couldn't reach me, which I disputed. This conflicting information led to a heated exchange, and the staff member abruptly ended the call, leaving me feeling disrespected and uncertain about the status of my order, especially since I paid with a credit card. This experience has left me greatly disappointed with Pizza Hut's customer service, and I have decided not to patronize this store in the future.

I had an awful experience at this establishment. The manager, Sabrina, acted inappropriately and was verbally abusive towards me. When my pizza was made incorrectly, she refused to remake it or offer a refund, eventually resorting to name-calling. Her behavior was concerning, and I felt intimidated. The other staff member apologized for her actions and provided a replacement pizza. Overall, the service was appalling, and the behavior exhibited by the manager was completely unacceptable. This experience left me feeling unsafe and disappointed.

We ordered two large pizzas from Pizza Hut at [redacted] First View Street in Norfolk, VA [redacted]. When the pizzas arrived, one was not fully cooked (pepperoni and extra cheese stuffed crust), and the other was also undercooked and very greasy, possibly leaking grease in the box. Upon contacting the manager, Nicky, he offered to deliver new pizzas after 10 pm, but we requested a refund instead due to the late hour. Nicky offered a $20 credit instead of a full refund, mentioning he could remake the pizzas. However, his rude behavior made us refuse the new pizzas and insist on a refund.

I placed my order at 5:08pm, expecting delivery by 5:35pm according to the email confirmation. Despite calling at 5:50pm to inquire about my order, the store manager at Pizza Hut explained the tracker's inaccuracy, showing a 50-minute estimate. This is the third time my pizza has been late, leading to a disappointing customer service experience. During my call, I faced transfers and even had the manager leave me waiting on the phone. Despite receiving an apology and explanation, the call ended abruptly. Improvements in delivery tracker accuracy and customer service are needed.

I placed an online pizza order for $26.59, but the delivery didn't happen due to the lack of a driver. Unfortunately, I only found out the next day when I had to contact them. Despite canceling my order on October 27, I'm yet to receive a refund. Numerous messages to the credit card department they provided have gone unanswered. This situation has left me frustrated because I'm left without my order or a refund. The service at the Macon branch of Pizza Hut is severely lacking - from management to workers. This is not the first time my orders have been mishandled, and now they've taken my money without delivering. If I don't hear back regarding my refund soon, I may have to involve the local news. - Adrienne B.

I called the location on Lake Mead and Civic Center. The person taking the order seemed to have trouble understanding me and couldn't write down the address, so they hung up on me. After several attempts, finally someone answered. I requested to speak to a manager and eventually got the customer service number from them. The manager offered to take my order, but I declined due to concerns about food safety. I insisted on just getting the customer service number. The manager gave it to me after putting me on hold. I also asked for the names of the individuals who kept hanging up on me - Noel and Cesar. This frustrating experience took place around 8 p.m. on 12/07/[redacted]. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed and apprehensive about returning. Therefore, I have decided to order from Domino's instead. In a previous order from the same location, I received a pizza within 10 minutes that had different slices and sizes, which prompted me to complain and request a replacement.

I purchased a large meal and a drink for delivery online but was notified 45 minutes later that the order was set for carryout instead of delivery, despite entering the address correctly. When I requested to switch to delivery, they mentioned an additional delivery fee which I agreed to. However, both the original carryout charge of $24 and the new delivery charge of $28 were debited from my account. I expected the $24 charge to be reversed, but both amounts were processed, and we did not receive the drink we ordered. I am seeking a refund for the initial charge as only the $28 fee should have been charged.

I recently placed a pizza order over the phone at the Lehigh Acres, FL location. The person who answered, Keith, was impolite when I inquired about the pizza toppings. He appeared irritated by my order and claimed to be the store manager when asked. I mentioned the need to improve his customer service skills, suggesting he may be having a rough day given his attitude. Concerned, I even mentioned not wanting the pizza if it was tampered with. Despite a heated exchange where I called him rude, the order went through as our credit card was charged. The $26 charge seemed high for what we ordered. Earlier, I attempted to order online, but encountered technical issues, to which Keith disclaimed any involvement. I'm greatly disappointed with this experience and hope for customer service improvement at that location, as this encounter with Keith was unacceptable. Best, N.G.

I am extremely upset with Pizza Hut located at [redacted] N Main St in Fort Worth, TX. My husband and I got sick from one of the items in our order, causing stomach aches and other issues. I contacted Pizza Hut online and later spoke to the manager at the store. They offered me a $20 credit, which I accepted, even though my meal cost $34. When I tried to redeem the credit by phone, I couldn't do it online without a code. Calling in, I initially faced resistance in getting the online deals but eventually got them. However, my order placed on a Monday night at 8:22 didn't arrive until 9:45, and all the food was cold. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I believe they deliberately served me late and cold food. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut location, and I will be dissuading my friends, family, and business contacts from doing so as well. It's a big loss for them, but I refuse to support a place that disregards customer satisfaction.

I have previously ordered from this store, but today when I asked them to deliver three $5 items to a friend's place nearby, the total came up to $20.81. This total seemed off as it included a $4 delivery charge that I never paid before, along with a $1.81 tax, resulting in an overcharge. Despite this, the cashier, unable to provide me a receipt, asked for the total payment of $21 without being able to give me the change of 19 cents. This is the second time I have experienced issues with this store in South Holland, Illinois. I have successfully resolved a previous issue with the manager. Can anyone assist me with this matter? Today is my 86th birthday, and I have been a devoted customer of Pizza Hut for many years due to their excellent crust.

I placed an order for delivery at 11:37 am. The email confirmation said it would arrive by 1:05 pm. Upon calling the Main Street store in Alpharetta, Georgia, KeKe mentioned the order had just left. Requesting to speak to the manager, I reached Uniqua who informed me the order had just been dispatched, unable to provide an estimated time of arrival. I requested a credit, Uniqua offered $10 in-store credit, which I declined as I had concerns about future business with the location. Uniqua insisted $10 was the only offer. When I asked for her full name and further escalation, she abruptly hung up. Subsequently, the delivery person clarified that Uniqua was a store manager, not a branch manager. After the delivery was returned for a refund.
