On October ** I ordered offline at *:** pm, the estimated wait was **-** mins. Time went past and it turned to *:** when it stated that it was out for delivery. I called to cancel but I was told that I wouldn’t be charged and I would be credited back my $**.** so I called a week later to order only for it never to be credited. Calling back almost everyday, they tell me no manger is available. I finally get ahold of one a month later November **th. He told me they couldn’t go back that far so he’d just credit me $*. Annoyed but I agreed, so I called today ***** only for them to tell me it’s never been credited and I must have used it on the **th of this month. I’m fed up with this back and forth, I just want to be actually helped. I’m a college student who orders from them faithfully and the are on the verge of pushing me away.
