I placed my order by phone but when I arrived to collect it, the order was not in the system. Sharone assisted me, but forgot to add the extra sauce I requested, resulting in a dry and overly salty pizza that tasted like cardboard. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for this order, making my total wait time almost 2 hours in store #[redacted]. The manager was rude when I reminded them about my pizza. When I got home, the pizza was very disappointing, so I returned it and requested a refund from Carol and Sharone, who refused to reimburse me. The overall service at the store was poor, with unanswered phone calls and inadequate customer service. I would like a refund for the money I spent and the time I wasted. Today, Sunday, September 16, [redacted], at noon, my entire family and I visited Pizza Hut at [redacted] SW 40th St, Miami, FL [redacted]. Upon entering, we observed the manager displaying exceedingly rude behavior. While we were eating, the manager began to loudly curse and mistreat the workers, leaving my 3-year-old cousin frightened and confused. I inquired with our friendly waitress regarding the manager's usual conduct, and she disclosed that this behavior was common whenever the manager, Daimiris Lopez, was on duty. As a retail store manager, I find it unacceptable for a manager to behave this way, especially in front of customers. The mistreatment of employees, regardless of their actions, is unethical and unprofessional. Witnessing the worker crying in his car afterward was distressing. This issue must be addressed promptly; such behavior from a manager reflects poorly not only on this Pizza Hut location but on the entire company as a whole.

I recently ordered two medium pizzas from your establishment. I wanted bacon and green olives on one, but it had black olives and ham instead. The second pizza was supposed to have mushrooms and green peppers, but it came with banana peppers. Also, I did not receive the salad I ordered. When I called to address these issues, David, the manager, argued with me about the missing salad. My address is [redacted] South York Street, Nicholasville, KY, [redacted]. I was promised a redelivery of the correct order. I also need to emphasize that my salad should not contain egg, but unfortunately, it did.

I routinely place online orders, and today, after placing one, I received a call from the GM of the delivery unit informing me that due to their manager being away and their driver's car breaking down, they couldn't deliver my order. The charge on my card (which should be reversed) includes points I used for a free pizza. How can I have those points refunded? Since the unit relocated, they've encountered issues. The food quality has also declined since then. It's frustrating that they often struggle to find our location, despite delivering to our address for 15 years. They require better organization and attention to detail.

Habitat for Humanity is a global non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating informal housing worldwide. In South Africa, Habitat For Humanity South Africa focuses on this mission by organizing build events where volunteers construct houses with the help of builders. To make these events possible, funds are needed to cover materials. Every year, a group of schools in Cape Town including Rustenburg, Westerford, Bishops, Herschel, and Rondebosch host an annual fundraiser called Cyclathon at the V&A Waterfront. This 25-hour event, taking place on January 25-26, [redacted], involves cycling on stationary bikes, live performances, and hourly raffles to collect donations. We are reaching out to businesses like Pizza Hut for contributions in the form of donations or prizes for the event. In return, companies will receive visibility by having their logo displayed on stage for the full 25 hours. On Sunday night, I placed a delivery order at 8:36 pm. By 10:00 pm, my order hadn't arrived, so I called the restaurant. After five attempts, an employee mentioned that they weren't sure what happened to my order, mentioning it might have been returned due to difficulty finding my location, which is only 0.7 miles away with simple directions. They promised to remake and resend the order. Despite the restaurant closing at 11:00 pm, at 10:50 pm, I called again (after three more tries), and they confirmed the order was en route. Disappointingly, the order never reached me. Frustrated, I ended up ordering from a nearby Domino's and got my food promptly within 20 minutes.

Last night, I placed an order for pizza and garlic bread from Pizza Hut in R Mall, Mulund West, Mumbai at 10:20 pm. I received the order at 11:50 pm, much later than expected. When I inquired about the delay, the delivery boy explained that he had mistakenly gone to a different address far from mine. He only realized the error when he called me for directions and discovered he had to go to the east instead of the west. Unfortunately, by the time the order arrived, both items were cold and hard, rendering them inedible. I couldn't refuse the delivery as it was prepaid online. I requested the delivery boy to exchange the order for a fresh, hot one, but he left hastily, apologizing. I am hoping to receive a replacement order for the same items.

I placed an order at Pizza Hut in Dallas on West Illinois approximately a week ago. Making the order online around 9:30 pm, I attempted calling without success. I had to drive to the store where upon arrival, I found the front desk lady arguing with a non-English speaking man and asking me to translate. After inquiring about my order, she mentioned it was canceled due to their phones not working. Despite explaining that I never canceled and being there for my food, she insisted on a new charge. I had to phone my girlfriend for credit card information again while waiting upfront. The lady continued to criticize customers coming in and out, making the whole ordeal last 2 hours. This experience at Pizza Hut was the worst I've encountered. As a Navy veteran, the disrespectful treatment surpassed anything I faced in the military. I am seeking a refund or credit, along with an apology for the unnecessary situation they put me through.

Every time I order from this Pizza Hut location, my order is always wrong. Despite trying both online orders and phone calls, they never seem to get it right. Recently, I ordered two pizzas, a straightforward request, but I ended up receiving breadsticks and only one pizza with no extra cheese. Even though my husband picked it up, assuming that was what I ordered, the disappointment remains. It's frustrating to continuously pay for items I didn't request. Trusting the restaurant to fix the issue by sending the food back is not an appealing option. The ongoing struggle to get a correct order from the Pizza Hut on 4th Avenue in Charleston, WV, or Kanawha City is disheartening. Pizza Hut needs to improve their accuracy.

I placed an order through the phone app. When I arrived at the location, I immediately noticed issues. Some customers ahead of me were visibly unhappy as there was a shortage of "pan pizza dough." Additionally, I witnessed a worker mishandle food by dropping a pizza and handling items with bare hands. The cashier's unprofessional behavior included suggesting she should leave her job. Upon inquiring about my order, I was informed they lacked the necessary dough and that my pizza was burnt. Despite being a long-time customer of this carry-out spot, I was left disappointed by the poor service. The whole experience was chaotic, and unfortunately, no solution was offered. The customer service was severely lacking, pointing to inadequate management at this location.

Tonight, I purchased a couple of pizzas for the football team from Pizza Hut due to the 2 or more $5 deal. When I arrived at the location, the lobby was locked, and after knocking with no response, I called Pizza Hut to inform them of my online order. They instructed me to use the drive-thru. I received my pizzas, cookies, and wings, and upon checking, I noticed the incorrect crust on two of the pan pizzas. Despite being a regular customer, this time, the pizzas seemed rushed with toppings sliding off and a strange texture. I tried to contact them, but I kept getting put on hold. I am disappointed with this experience and plan to try Papa John's next time. I hope for a better food experience next time.

I had a concerning experience with the store's service at [redacted] Galena St, Riverside, CA [redacted]. Despite receiving a confirmation at 5:45, my order was significantly delayed, and upon calling, I encountered two supposed managers, one lady, and one gentleman named Fernin. The gentleman informed me that only store managers could issue refunds and provided me with the number [redacted]. I waited for over an hour and a half for my pizza, which arrived cold. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues at this particular Pizza Hut location. After ordering online and arriving to pick up the pizza we had requested, we discovered it was prepared incorrectly. Despite initially being understanding, upon returning, we found another error - sausage toppings I can't consume. The manager's rude and unhelpful manner was disappointing as I presented the email confirmation of my correct order. Instead of listening, she was dismissive and uncooperative. Even after requesting a refund, she walked away. The encounter became tense, leading to involvement of the authorities and a suggestion to contact corporate. Though the associates were cordial, the poor treatment by the manager has deterred me from visiting this Virginia Beach Pizza Hut again. If I do choose to dine at Pizza Hut in the future, it won't be at this establishment plagued by customer service issues.

I placed an order online for pickup, but the salad I received was inedible. The lettuce was slimy, discolored, and had a strange smell. Upon contacting the store, the manager was unhelpful and impolite. Despite my work schedule constraints, she expected me to return for a replacement. I requested a refund on my card or for the salad to be delivered to me due to my limited lunch break. The manager declined both options, and I found her approach unprofessional. The $4.59 spent on a spoiled salad is significant to me. I have photos of the salad's condition as evidence, but my primary request is a refund as compensation for the poor service experienced.

The Pizza Hut in Atascocita, Texas, located at [redacted] FM [redacted] Rd E, Humble, TX [redacted], is in need of new staff or management. Over the past two months, I have placed two orders and they have both been disappointing. During the first order, I had to wait for two hours as no one answered the phone, and when the order arrived, I was informed that it was never placed through the online system despite receiving a confirmation. Then, on October 31, [redacted], despite the expected Halloween rush, the service was extremely poor. My pizza was delivered two hours late, the delivery person tossed it into my hands, and it was burned. Following these experiences, I am hesitant to order from this Pizza Hut again, if at all. Improvements are necessary at this location for the benefit of all customers.

To whom it may concern, I am a customer who ordered a Big Dinner Box with breadsticks and bone-in hot wings. The delivery person did not exit the vehicle or knock on my door; instead, they phoned me but I could not hear them. After they hung up and I called back, they did not answer. When I contacted Pizza Hut and then spoke with the store manager, Mr. Michael Edward, I was informed they could not locate my order. Mr. Edward stated I could not receive a refund or a complimentary pizza for the inconvenience and did not offer an apology. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. As a result, my family and I were left without dinner. It is disheartening that an employee didn't deliver the order as expected and the manager failed to address the issue appropriately. I ordered my food online, thinking I was getting a deal of $5 for chicken and medium pizzas when you buy 2 or more. I selected 2 pizzas and 1 chicken boneless, checked out, and paid what seemed to be the correct price for those items. However, when my order arrived, I only received 1 pizza and 1 chicken boneless. I was charged $13.99 for 1 medium pizza and $7.69 for the chicken, which seems unfair. This experience has made me hesitant to order online again, especially since my whole family missed out on dinner that night.

The customer service experience was disappointing. On the evening of 11/04/18, there was only one car in the parking lot at 8:30 pm. The radio was excessively loud, prompting us to request for it to be turned down. The medium thin crust pizza was as crispy as a cracker while the medium hand-tossed pizza was equally unsatisfactory. The medium pan pizza was acceptable, but the breadsticks were average, and the garlic sticks were burnt on top. The meaty marinara pasta was decent. The establishment had a peculiar smell reminiscent of freshly sprayed bug repellent, making it one of the worst dining experiences. Given the lackluster service and the indifferent waitress, who seemed apathetic, I, along with 9 guests, including 3 adults, 6 kids, and 4 workers, do not plan to return to the Charleston I'll location, nor would I recommend it to others.

On the night of November 4, [redacted], I called the North Market location with a simple inquiry about Pizza Hut delivery to the Royal Inn. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with was quite impolite. I requested to speak with the manager but was denied the chance by the same lady. Despite expressing my need to talk to the manager, she continued speaking without allowing me to proceed, leading me to end the call abruptly. The incident occurred at [redacted] North Market St. I made two calls, and my husband and son also attempted to get through but faced the same unhelpful behavior. I placed an order on 11/05/[redacted] with ticket #[redacted] from the Petersburg location, including a medium pizza, boneless wings, 4 sodas, and Cinnabon Minis. The delivery was delayed until 9:30 pm, arriving cold. The driver didn't bring the order up to our apartment, and dropped the Cinnabon Minis on top of that. After she promised to return them, I still haven't received the food or been able to reach the store. I'm frustrated as I paid for undelivered food and need a resolution. This service has left me disappointed, especially since I am a regular customer who expected better.
