Not the first time having a problem with this same location. We ordered online and went to pick up the pizza. At the drive thru we got the pizza and looked to see if it was correct. We asked for white sauce and it was the red sauce so we told the associate that the order was wrong. She took the pizza back and talked to her manager. We told her that we would leave and come back in **min because we understand that mistakes happen. We returned and went to the window again to pick up the pizza. Same as before we opened it and checked the pizza. This time the sauce was correct but they added sausages which I can't eat due to health reasons. We told the associate this and she called over her manager. The manager was openly rude. She basically said take it or leave it. We showed her the email confirming the order with the correct toppings she refused to even listen. I told her there was no need to argue just take the pizza back and to issue a refund. She closed the window and walked off. We tapped on the window to get the attention of the associate I'm guessing she was told not to talk to us. One of the drivers came to the window and asked us to pull around. We refused because we didn't have a receipt and saw no reason to pull off. All we wanted was our money back. Soon the cops showed up. It was resolved and they understood they actually instructed us to contact corporate. I work in customer service and I have never been treated so rude in my life especially at a pizza hut. It's the one located on First Colonial in Virginia Beach. I'm guessing you don't monitor Yelp because if you did you would see this store is your biggest headache. I love the pizzas but I will no longer be going to this location. If I decide to eat pizza hut again. The associates were polite but the manager was rude and lacked all customer service skills.
