On **-**-****, I placed an order of * veg pizzas on pizza hut website through my laptop. I decided to pay through Google pay* Tez. I paid the amount ****.** to razorpay as per the request (from my phone). But the webpage didn't respond for six - seven minutes. So, I had to cancel the transaction. But the money had already been deducted from my account. I repeated the process and again same thing happened. So I lost *****.**. Finally I had to opt for Cash on delivery. I want the amount refunded back to my account. Order number - *******
