Today Sunday September **th **** at noon I went with my entire family to eat at Pizza Hut located on ***** SW **th St Miami, FL *****. As soon as we walked in we noticed the manager was super rude. While we were sitting down and eating our food, this manager started screaming and cursing at workers and treating them like animals. My little cousin who is * was so scared asking me why that lady was treating them so bad. The waitress in charge of our table was super nice and I asked her if the manager was always like that. She responded to me that she always treats every employee like that whenever she’s the manager on duty and I also got her name : Daimiris Lopez. I, as a manager of a retail store, cannot believe a manager has that behavior mostly in front of customers. No manager should be allowed to behave and treat anyone like that , whether the worker did something wrong or not , they need to have ethic to be in charge and I am very shocked at the fact that a manager is allowed to mistreat the workers in such horrible way. Everyone was whispering and it was very uncomfortable because I wouldn’t want my own kid getting mistreated like that at their job. This needs to be resolved because somebody like that , mostly a manager , is a disgrace and brings shame not only to that Pizza Hut but to the entire company. After I ate , I walked around with my family and I saw the worker in his car crying , he looked very young and I just feel terrible that things like this happen and no one ever does anything.
