I ordered by phone, this when I arrived to pick it up the pizza I paid for the order, the order was not in the system, loss time waiting Sharone came out and replaced the order I had extra sauce on the first order but she did not put extra sauce on this order, that made for a dry pizza, too much salt, taste like cardboard, I had to wait an another ** min for this pizza, so I waited almost * hours in that store *******, and the manager got rude with me in front of customers when I reminded I was waiting for my pizza, she was very nasty to me in front of customers, I got home and the pizza was very bad, so I returned the pizza and told carol & sharone I wanted my money back and how displeased I was about the taste of the pizza, they told me too bad, tough luck, I gave the product back and left it in the store, this store is poorly managed while I waited the phone ring constantly with no one answering ,money going down the drain from unanswered calls, I mean a lot of calls, people coming in and service was poor, some body is losing a ton of money on this crew this sorry crew, so I would like a refund on my money and waste of my time I could have been doing something constructive ********** this is Ben I called in at *:** I left there after * , I would have left before but I had already paid by credit card amex gold card. you call me @***-***-****. this experience was the pits. those manager's are costing not making you money, both of them are liabilities to pizza Hut. from sitting there the time I did, I noticed that store is a money pit, but those two don't have a clue about making money and gaining or keeping customer's loyal to your brand. I look to hear from someone from the company. this happen ********
