I have not received my refund for my HORRIBLE experience on Wednesday, August **nd at the store on **th street and Arlington Indianapolis, IN *****. I ordered at *pm and it was now *pm and still no delivery. I called * hours after I ordered and they said oh yeah sorry, our delivery driver left. EXCUSE ME???? fine just give me my refund. They said they already refunded it and it would take ** hours to get into my account. It is now Friday August ** th and I still have not received my $** refund. I am livid and this issue needs to be fixed immediately. All I ask is for my refund that is truly mine since I never even got my delivery order and they waited * hours for ME to call and to inform me that their delivery driver left. I AM SORRY BUT THAT IS NOT MY ISSUE AND I NEED MY REFUND. I would like an immediate response on this matter. My order number is : *****************************Even if you look on the tracker it STILL says “your order is in the oven” . TWO DAYS LATER.
