MY NAME IS GEORGE MAMRAK AND RESIDE AT *** BEACONVIEW RD PGH *****. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THE POST GAZETTE FOR OVER ** YEARS. I HAVE A POST GAZETTE ISSUED PAPER TUBE BY THE MAIL BOX WHICH FOR THE MOST PART HAS BEEN USED FOR ITS INTENDED PORPOSE. THE DELIVERED PAPER IS INSERTED IN THE TUBE AS PART OF THE SERVICE. IN THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS THIS PART OF THE SERVICE IS NO LONGER BEING HONORED. THE PAPER IS EVERYWHERE IN THE DRIVEWAY, UNDER BUSHES, WET AND OCASSIONALLY NOT DELIVERED AT ALL. I HAVE HAD SOME RECENT MEDICAL ISSUSES AND IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO BEND OVER AND PICK UP THE PAPER. I HAVE PHONED IN MY COMPLAINT THE LAST THREE WEEKS AND THE REPRESENTITIVES HAVE TOLD ME THEY BELIEVE INSERTING THE PAPER INTO THE TUBE WAS STILL PART OF HOME DELIVERY. THE FIRST TIME THIS ISSUE WAS BEING SENT TO SUCH AND SUCH MANAGER. THE SECOND TIME TO THE "DISPATCH SPECIALIST". THE LAST TIME AGAIN ISSUE WAS TO BE SENT TO SUCH AND SUCH MANAGER AND THAT THAT PERSON WOULD RETURN MY CALL WITHIN * TO * DAYS. ??????????????? WHAT*'S GOING ON? NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND NO ONE HAS HAD THE COURTESY TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL. I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL I WANT IS, IF INSERTING THE PAPER IN A PAPER TUBE IS STILL PART OF THE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE - THEN DO IT. IF THIS IS NO LONGER PART OF THE SERVICE, INFORM ME. THANK YOU
