Customer Service would not provide my carrier’s bane or number so that in the future, I could contact him*her directly and perhaps still have my paper delivered. I was told that these are ”third party carriers” and that I should get a call back in *-* days. Are you kidding me! That’s about the poorest customer ”service” that I’ve ever heard of.

Just contact the carrier to see if I could still have my paper delivered. ... My paper was not delivered today! I’d like to have the name and phone Numbers of my carrier so that when I don’t get my paper, I can contact him*her directly.
People pay for this solicited service, but when that delivery isn’t made, their account is credited for the paper (whoopie), and if you want a call back from the carrier, your told it could be *-* days. Gimme a break...
GetHuman-lmersing did not yet indicate what Pittsburgh Post-Gazette should do to make this right.
I pay for my deliveries and my only expectation us that I get my paper delivered daily, as promised.
