I have been in contact with Pioneer for the past three months attempting to rectify this problem. Pioneer agrees that I purchased a Blu Ray player (still presently under warranty) that, admittedly by Pioneer, was defective when purchased. Twice, I have not received the information I was told that I would receive to return the player for a refund. I have been given the procedure for returning the player. I have a recorded phone call with Pioneer customer returns where Mark Passmore gave me his direct Email address. I have Emails where I sent my order information to Mr. Passmore twice without any response ( *****@***.com). I have been purchasing Pioneer equipment since **** with my first * Way * Speaker cabinets - which I'm sitting here looking at. I have been exceedingly more patient with Pioneer than Pioneer would have been had I owed you money.
