I am still waiting for Pinterest to remove the imposter account rrich6**. I have been keeping an eye on the situation to ensure they finally take action. Although they requested my ID to verify my identity as the real person reporting the fake profile rrich6**, I am dissatisfied with their lack of response. Pinterest stated they needed my ID to proceed, which I reluctantly provided, but have not heard back since. Despite my compliance, the imposter profile rrich6** using my name and an old photo remains active. Pinterest has my ID information, and I urge them to promptly address this issue. It has been unresolved for too long and is causing me distress. Please delete the fraudulent account as it does not belong to me. I am hopeful for a prompt and sincere response, akin to the one I received from Florence the other day. Let us resolve this matter promptly – that is all I request.

I appreciate Pinterest's efforts but after several messages, they seem to blame me for not recognizing an imposter account that I did not create. Despite providing my photo ID for verification, they were unable to assist me with the identity theft issue. The lack of a phone number and unhelpful responses via email have made it frustrating to resolve this issue. It's disheartening to see criminals potentially getting away with misusing stolen information on the platform.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Pinterest, but I believe I am starting to make some progress despite feeling confused once again. Yesterday, Pinterest informed me that they were going to remove a fake impostor account that has my photo and full name, which I had reported weeks ago and discussed multiple times. However, upon checking, the account is still active when searching for my name or the username on Google. I used the Pinterest app to confirm it was gone as instructed, but to my dismay, it remains. I am bewildered by the company and their inconsistent and at times, unresponsive customer service team. The account impersonating me, which you are well aware of, is named rrich6**. Please take the necessary steps to permanently delete this account, as it is causing me significant issues due to identity theft. Despite assurances from Nick on your team that it was removed, it is still accessible. I urgently request the complete removal of the profile to resolve this matter. Your swift action on this is greatly appreciated as it is a critical issue for me. Kindly delete the fake profile of rrich6** permanently. Thank you.

I lost access to my account after purchasing the new Google Pixel 3 XL. The issue I'm facing is that my Hotmail email address is no longer accessible on the new phone. I had numerous pins saved on my iPad. As it became full, I emailed many of the saved items to my laptop to free up space. Later, my laptop broke, and upon transferring everything to my new laptop, I found that all my Pinterest items did not transfer, leaving me with only 3 boards on my iPad. I'm eager to have my Pinterest boards restored. Can you assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Hello, sometimes I get emails informing me that a copyright complaint was received and certain Pins have been removed. Previously, I could see the specific Pins that were deleted, but now I only see identification numbers. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Francis Valensiano

My Pinterest account has been suspended, and I believe there has been a misunderstanding. I highly value Pinterest and would never engage in spamming activities. I received a response from support stating that it was due to spamming, but the email seemed automated. While I appreciate Pinterest's efforts to combat spam, I feel that the guidelines on spam policies are too vague. There is no clear mention of pinning rates or essential information provided, which can be challenging for dedicated Pinterest users like me. I made sure to understand and follow Pinterest's policies diligently. I recently invested in the Tailwind automation tool, despite financial constraints, as it was recommended for Pinterest. I apologize for any unintentional violations and assure you that I will be more careful in the future. The phone number linked to my Google account is also outdated, and I am unable to utilize it for verification purposes. I never signed in through Facebook, which further complicates the situation. The pins on my boards are showing up without any text descriptions like they used to. This issue is occurring across all my boards. Strangely, on my home feed, the pins display text, but when I save them to my boards and later view them, the text is missing, although it appears if I click on the edit button. I have tried switching my computer and updating both Firefox and Chrome, yet the problem persists. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using Pinterest for years and I really enjoy the website. However, recently when I logged in, I noticed that all my boards and pins are missing, and I had quite a collection. I suspect that Global Logic (whom I previously used for technical support) may have accessed my account without authorization. Oddly enough, my sister, who follows me, can still see my boards, but I can't access them myself. I'm unsure of what steps to take to resolve this issue. I miss using Pinterest!

In the past week, I have faced criticism for a pin I posted, particularly from two individuals named Aaliyah and Grace. They took offense at my comment. Despite my attempts to address their concerns and promise to avoid making potentially offensive remarks, they persist in calling me a "creepy" old man. I have blocked them, but they continue to insult me, including receiving another accusatory comment in my notifications today. Can someone please intervene and ask them to cease these actions? I opted for a business account to boost my Etsy shop. Later, I couldn't afford it and tried to deactivate but found an option to put it on hold. They keep charging my bank account, and I can't find a way to speak to someone to stop it. At 73 years old, I live on a fixed income and can't handle these extra charges. I really need assistance in resolving this matter.

I purchased two items from Ininruby through Pinterest. The items are as follows: 1. A Fashion Sloping Shoulder Pure Colour Loose Sweater for $36.95 with item number C [redacted]7. 2. A Fashion Fold-Over Collar Plaid Pattern Ladies Coat for $33.24 with item number NU [redacted]39 GB. The total cost of both items was $70.19. After waiting for a month, I received the coat, but it was not as expected. I contacted Ininruby for a return and they asked for a picture. I sent the pictures as requested, but I have not heard back from them. I would like to return both items and receive a refund. - B. Lutayi

While browsing for bathroom ideas on Pinterest, I encountered a distressing advertisement featuring rats, which triggered my severe phobia. As a regular therapy attendee, this unexpected experience has left me anxious about using this platform that I once enjoyed. I comprehend that advertisements sustain the website, but I am uncertain about the likelihood of a repeat occurrence of this disturbing advertisement. I'm now hesitant to continue using Pinterest.
