I am reaching out to request assistance in recovering my original password for my Pinterest account. Approximately 2 years ago, I inadvertently created a new account when I upgraded my phone on March 9, [redacted] due to forgetting my old account details. After resetting the password and entering my email, a new account was generated. Pinterest provided me with the email address [redacted] and password ashajohnson905, however, this information did not correspond to my original account. My previous Pinterest account, under the name ✨Asha✨, featured a profile picture of a brown-skinned girl with a pink flower in her hair. The boards on this account included topics such as girl hacks, scenery, zodiac signs, and detox water. I appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my original account so that I may continue enjoying the app. Thank you for your support.

After changing my email on Pinterest due to getting married, I encountered an issue. Although it initially showed the change was successful, later on, I faced login problems. Despite resetting my password with the new email, a separate account was somehow created using the updated email. This led to having two accounts associated with the same email. Strangely, I am unable to access my primary account now. Even after deactivating the new account Pinterest made, I couldn't log back into my original account, which was linked to my Gmail. It's frustrating because I was receiving emails and could log in until I logged out once. This situation has left me feeling confused and irritated.

For quite a while, I have been reaching out to the Help Center seeking assistance with an error on Pinterest. My name is Pam King. The board that I need to be removed is titled "Life Of A Motorcyclist," and the owner of this board is Motopia. Despite multiple requests to Pinterest to delete this board from my account, I have not received any response or support. I am asking here once more if it is possible to have this board removed from my profile. I have had no association whatsoever with this board. I have never pinned on it or been connected to it in any way. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you, Pam King.

I placed an order for a purse that is over 2 weeks late. It is extremely special to me because it's for my granddaughter's 13th birthday. I am very frustrated because I have not received my package yet. I have attempted to contact Pinterest on a daily basis and I have not been successful. I can't get a human being on the phone. My card has been charged. It wasn't a problem for them to take my money, but it's a problem for anyone to answer my questions. I need answers ASAP. This is absolutely unacceptable. I need to know where my package is. I'm not even able to track it down because that seems to be some sort of scam also. Supposedly the people who are to deliver it to me are called [redacted] I'm told by the internet this company does not exist. So what is going on, folks? I trusted in Pinterest with a very important part of my granddaughter's birthday gift. She has wanted this purse for a long time and is going to have a broken heart if she doesn't get it. PLEASE HELP ME today. I want a phone call from a person, not an email or computer. I feel like I deserve that much. Shannon R. at [redacted]. Address is [redacted] Creektop Drive, Floresville, TX [redacted].

I need help understanding my order status. There has been a series of lies regarding the delivery, leaving my 13-year-old granddaughter disappointed on her birthday. She believed I forgot to order the handbag she had longed for over seven months. The lack of responsibility from the delivery team associated with Pinterest is unacceptable. Despite contacting them numerous times, there was no effort to rectify the mistake or bring a smile back to my granddaughter's face. This experience tarnishes Pinterest's reputation, which is disheartening as it is something we enjoy together. I implore Pinterest to address this issue promptly with the delivery company to uphold their good name. I appreciate Pinterest's swift response to my email and their willingness to assist. Thank you for listening and offering support. S.R.

I need help reporting a possible scammer on Pinterest using the email [redacted] "William Brown" claims to be a U.S. Army captain in Afghanistan but asked me for money to video chat. Active-duty members don't need financial help for that. Can you investigate or deactivate this profile? The person I spoke to on Hangouts was not the same as the person in the photos, so I suspect he is pretending to be a soldier to scam people. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I reached out to Pinterest regarding some issues with my pages. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist and referred me to Justanswer, mentioning a $5.00 charge for a software technician to help fix the problems. I don't understand why I have to pay for resolving their mistakes. The payment didn't process, and the numbers used were [redacted] and [redacted]. I am willing to pay via Paypal if necessary. My previous email was [redacted], now updated to ManyRivers81@gmail. I did not contact you using the old RiverLady email. Upon reflection, I plan to share this correspondence with them. It's their responsibility to rectify the situation, not mine. Thank you, Eileen Schenck

I was recently suspended from using Pinterest without any explanation. I have been a faithful user of the platform for several years and have always interacted positively. I would leave encouraging comments on pins that others tried from my posts. I am confused as to why this has happened as I never engaged in any inappropriate behavior. My account is now blocked, and I am unable to access my pins, followers, or viewers. I had saved many pins for a house renovation project and gifts for my loved ones. Despite my attempts to contact Pinterest for assistance, I encountered difficulties. I was redirected to a non-Pinterest application where I was asked to pay a fee in Norwegian kroner, which I declined as I was not comfortable providing payment information at that time. It is disappointing that I could not communicate with a Pinterest representative directly and had to resort to an unfamiliar company for technical support. I am feeling upset and frustrated by this experience.

I am Pam King, reaching out regarding a user named Jim Ternes or Jim Bolt who is experiencing difficulties pinning images and sending messages on Pinterest. I am writing on his behalf as he is unable to access the Help Center to seek assistance for these issues. I have promised to report his problems here in hopes that someone can provide support. Thank you, Pam King.

On 4/26/19, Pinterest suspended my account for alleged spam. Despite not being tech-savvy, I replied to their email denying any involvement in spamming. I later realized our email had been hacked, and my husband is addressing that issue. Today, 4/30/19, I received a final notice from Pinterest denying reinstatement or account creation due to spam. I promptly informed them of the hack and requested to view the unauthorized posts made in my name for clarification. Access to this information could assist in resolving the hacking incident, even though I am not seeking account reactivation.

Hello and good day. I am Bruno Galletta, one of your app users. I am aware of the community guidelines regarding porn content on Pinterest. Despite the efforts made by your team to ban such content, I recently came across inappropriate images when searching for certain terms. I believe it is crucial to respect sexuality, human bodies, and individuals of all genders. I kindly request that you take action to remove any pornographic content that goes against these principles. I hope that in the future, searches for such terms will yield respectful results in line with your community guidelines. Thank you, and I look forward to a more positive experience on the platform. Best regards, Bruno Galletta.

Pinterest continues to suspend my husband's account incorrectly. Even though he rarely uses the platform and solely communicates with me, his account was suspended on Sunday for supposed spam. After appealing, they apologized and restored it yesterday, but today I discovered it was suspended yet again, unjustly. I find it odd that they target him, yet allow problematic content on the site unchecked. Also, just to clarify, in my original post, "Obama" was a typo instead of "I am." Obama has no relevance to my complaint.

I have been utilizing Pinterest for a considerable amount of time without any issues. As a retired high school teacher, I have found this platform extremely beneficial. Unfortunately, recently I have been encountering a problem where the site opens briefly and then unexpectedly closes. Refreshing the page temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem persists. Additionally, my attempts to subscribe have been unsuccessful, as I have not been prompted to join or subscribe. I am concerned if this issue is a way to profit from technical support. Is there a phone number I can call to speak with a live representative? Thank you. M. Avery.

I recently had my account suspended due to the reason 'most of your pins go against our spam policy'. The majority of the pins were actually suggestions from Pinterest or things I found while browsing other users' pins. I have no history of spamming and have always used computers since [redacted], starting with an Apple computer. As an individual artist without any company affiliation, I'm not endorsing anyone or sharing my own art. My diverse interests in art, culture, and hobbies led me to quickly gather inspiration on my boards, which I believed was the essence of Pinterest. Instead of penalizing regular users like me, the platform should focus on identifying and removing actual spammers. I merely shared content that already existed on Pinterest. - Elizabeth

I have received emails about copyrighted pins, but I never intended to violate any copyrights. My account is now suspended, and I am upset because I only pinned content from Pinterest, not from other sources. I have no interest in copyrighting anything for personal gain. I solely use Pinterest for inspiration and have several boards with numerous pins. I am frustrated by this situation and would like assistance in resolving it. I do not want to stop using Pinterest, but the actions taken against me are unfair. I recently discovered the issue since I no longer check that email account, leading to my suspension. Can someone help me address this problem?

Hi there, I'm feeling very disheartened and puzzled. Up until last week, I've had a flawless experience with Pinterest. However, last week, I encountered a bug that prompted me to log out. When I tried to log back in, I was shocked to find an email informing me that my account had been suspended. I immediately reached out via email, hoping it was a misunderstanding. However, the response I received stated that my account will not be reinstated due to a violation of the spam policy. All I do on Pinterest is save pins to my boards for personal use, creating my own little world of ideas. Though I may have inadvertently pinned items to multiple boards or saved them more than once, it was never with the intention to spam. I never knew such actions were frowned upon. I am devastated as Pinterest is my sole source of relaxation, allowing me to unwind for 30 minutes a day as I organize my pins. Could someone please help me out and reconsider reactivating my account? Even if I made a mistake, a gentle warning would suffice. I truly adore Pinterest, and this situation has left me feeling heartbroken and despondent. Thank you for your understanding. Best, Megan (Gemdelamer)

I am currently experiencing my second day of being locked out of my Pinterest account due to a suspension. This happened because I unknowingly pinned images from individuals who were engaging in copyright infringement. My intention is solely to have boards that enrich my life and bring me joy; I have no interest in selling anything. I use Pinterest for inspiration purposes only. I believe Pinterest should implement a way to monitor pins for potential infringement, to prevent users like me from falling into such situations. Pinterest is my favorite platform online, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance I have received. I have been unable to access my boards for making sun tea and treats for my dogs, activities that bring me joy. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to consider switching to a different platform, despite finding others disorganized and lacking the etiquette Pinterest should have in handling these matters.

Hello, I have been using the Pinterest app on both my Android phone and Jellybean tablet for around 6 to 7 years. The tablet has been unused for about 5 months and has been stored away. Currently, I have three different versions of Pinterest installed on my devices: V 17.16.0, V 17, and V 20. I have experience working as a Quality Coordinator in a Call Center for 8 years and have some familiarity with technology, but I would like to reach out to your Help Desk for assistance. I have not been able to access my Pinterest account recently due to time constraints related to work and taking care of my child. Thank you. Best Regards.

I recently experienced a security breach on Pinterest and received this email from Mark, Pinterest Support, requesting specific information to investigate the issue further. The email asks for the user's Pinterest profile link, the website domain, the ID of the image or video, and a screenshot of the problem. The email seems legitimate and asks for necessary details to address the hacking incident. Additionally, I mentioned being scammed and asked if a makeup tips email I received was from Pinterest. It appears relevant to report these concerns to Pinterest for support and resolution.

I have been attempting to contact Pinterest for several weeks, but I am not receiving helpful responses. I intend to post my own products for sale on Pinterest, some of which are part of an affiliate program. It is crucial that certain pins are not able to be repinned to ensure I receive credit for any resulting sales. I have heard it's possible to block specific pins from being repinned, and I need guidance on how to do this for individual photos. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to get a clear answer from Pinterest support, which is hindering me from adding my sale items to the platform. I urgently need assistance on how to block certain pins to protect my earnings. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Heather
