I am currently dissatisfied with the recent changes on Pinterest. Previously, I enjoyed browsing for information and helpful articles. However, I am noticing a shift with "new ideas being added to my home feed" without my preference. This alteration is causing a hindrance as I no longer receive relevant content when clicking on articles of interest. For instance, if I click on a flower arrangement guide, I do not want to be bombarded with unrelated content like recipes or weight loss tips. The updates have impacted the saved items I intended to revisit, making it challenging to find what I initially saved. I preferred the previous setup and the tailored content I used to enjoy. The current changes are not beneficial for me as a user who valued Pinterest for its valuable and curated information. I am seeking a resolution to revert to the previous format without new ideas automatically populating my home feed.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent purchase of 3 blouses from Sheinlook. The fabric quality is extremely poor, and I am unwilling to wear them. Despite multiple attempts through emails, the site, and phone calls over two weeks, Sheinlook only offered a 10% refund and asked me to keep the items. This resolution is unacceptable to me. They also mentioned the option to return the items to China at my own expense, which was not clearly outlined on their website. I am determined to get a full refund and also feel the need to alert others about the return policy for unsatisfactory items. The blouses may look good in photos, but the actual fabric is disappointingly thin and cheap. I have been searching for a review section on the site but have not found one. Am I overlooking something?

I am having trouble logging into my Pinterest account on my phone because I forgot the password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with that account. I attempted to change the email in the settings to my current one, but it seems to be linked to another old Pinterest account. When I try to switch them, it says the email is already in use. I then tried deactivating the old account but later realized I needed to close it permanently. Now, when I try to reactivate the old account by following the email link sent to my current email, it keeps redirecting me to my new account. This issue is preventing me from closing the old account and updating my email on the current Pinterest account.

I am encountering difficulties logging into my Pinterest account on my phone. I have forgotten the password and am using an old email address associated with the account, making it impossible to reset my password. Despite trying to update my email address to my current one in the account settings, I discovered that I already have another Pinterest account linked to my current email. Upon attempting to switch them, the system indicates that the email is in use. In an effort to resolve this, I initially deactivated my old account, but then realized I needed to permanently close it instead. However, when I tried reactivating the old account by following the email link sent to my current email address, I found myself unable to access the old account and it always redirects me to the new one. Thus, I am unable to close the old account in order to update the email associated with my current Pinterest account. I require assistance in closing my old Pinterest account, which is currently deactivated.

Good evening, I pride myself on being a cautious and well-informed online shopper. While browsing your site today, I came across a company that I feel should be thoroughly investigated before recommending it to others. After months of research, I discovered that the company "StylWe" has a questionable reputation. They have a complex return policy spanning six pages and do not honor US shipping laws, only those of China. They incentivize customers to keep unwanted items with a 20% discount on future purchases and impose high return fees. Despite being based in California, they ship from China, and their products often arrive with a strong formaldehyde odor. I utilized the website SITEJABBER to gather more consumer feedback on StylWe, and the reviews were below average. Feel free to reach out if you need more details, as I wanted to alert you to potential issues with one of your site's advertisers.

I am experiencing a dilemma between my hobby and my health condition. I have been truly impressed and inspired by the ideas, arts, and images on Pinterest for about a year. A big congratulations for the creativity and excellence shown in the contributions. I have copied numerous images from various websites to experiment with creative ideas without any personal gain, but recently, my activities have been closely monitored and restricted. I am concerned about potential legal actions against me, and my health issues, along with my dilemma, are hindering my hobby. I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to proceed without facing legal consequences. I have enclosed a PDF report detailing my background and the challenges I am facing with my hobby. Thank you in advance for your help and warm regards from KM.

Recently, there has been a change on Pinterest that I am not happy with. I don't want new ideas added to my home feed. When I click on an article that interests me, like one about anxiety, I end up seeing unrelated posts like crock pot recipes and weight loss ideas. For instance, if I want to see 16 tips for arranging flowers, I don't want to be bombarded with posts on ketogenic recipes instead. Even the items I save for later are now mixed up with unrelated content. I am unable to fix this issue myself, so I am reaching out to the Pinterest programmers to investigate this change and ensure that clicking on a specific subject will bring up relevant content.

Many popular websites like elementsofstyleblog.com, cupofjo.com, homedecorready.info, and myfavoritedesignhomes.com are using images from renowned designers like Bunny Williams and Robert Kime on Pinterest. They are adding white dots to these decorator-designed room photos to promote their products through the "Shop this Pin" feature. This practice of altering images with white dots can be frustrating for users who see damaged photos on their feeds. It's important for Pinterest to address this issue and prevent unauthorized alterations to users' favorite photos. The flood of these modified images on personal collections can be puzzling and annoying, raising concerns about the misuse of Pinterest content.

I need some guidance. Suppose I am searching for a chocolate chip cookie recipe, I understand that each recipe is subjective. Preferences vary, and what suits one person may not suit another, which is fine. However, when multiple recipes appear, sometimes the likes are not immediately visible. Occasionally, you might see the number of likes for a recipe compared to others. How can I determine the number of likes a recipe has without opening every site or relying on trial and error? Thank you, Jerry.

Dear Pinterest Customer Support Team, I am writing to request the permanent deletion of my Pinterest account rather than just deactivating it. I received an email on March 25th, [redacted], notifying me that my account was accessed by someone in Nevada, which is not me as I am a California resident. Although I deactivated my account shortly after opening it over a year ago, upon reviewing it recently, I discovered numerous posts that do not align with my interests. This led me to deactivate the account again, which I had done previously many months ago. Since the hacker seems to have my login information and has reactivated my account, I urge you to completely delete my account immediately to prevent any further unauthorized access. Failure to do so could result in legal action from my end. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steve W. B. [redacted]

I need assistance with my Pinterest account, particularly with the prohibited words causing issues that I find confusing. It seems that Pinterest prohibits words like "dick," which affects my pins mentioning Philip K. Dick (the author), Dick Clark (from American Bandstand), and personalities like Dick Van Dyke. Similarly, words like "bomb" and "gun" pose challenges if they are in titles of books, comics, or movies. I am puzzled by Pinterest rejecting "Playboy Magazine" since there are boards dedicated to it. Additionally, there are other pins being rejected without clear reasons. I cannot locate a way to contact Pinterest for help on this matter. Thank you, Sasha

Hello Pinterest team, I recently had an ad manager set up ads on my account, and shortly after, I received an email informing me that my account was suspended. I attempted to review the claim within 48 hours but encountered issues with the button not functioning. I also tried reaching out for assistance by responding to the email. When I visited your website to seek help, the help desk was not operational. It repeatedly indicated that the captcha feature was not working, although there was no captcha box present for me to verify that I am not a robot, thus preventing me from submitting a request. I am concerned about the status of my Pinterest account, especially since an ad manager was active on it, and I am uncertain about the campaign status. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to address this matter. Thank you, -Ashley

Hello everyone, I am reaching out because it has been 6-7 days since our website was marked as spam and I am at a loss as to why this might have occurred. We do not engage in spamming or any prohibited techniques. Our team works diligently to create unique, high-quality content for our website. We have always strived to abide by the guidelines of platforms like Pinterest and Google. I suspect that perhaps one of our contributors may have misused our platform unintentionally. Our website is incredibly important to me, and I have poured my heart and soul into it over the years. I am committed to providing authentic and valuable content. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Anton

I am struggling to access my "Secret Board" on here. Can someone please clarify the steps for accessing it? I can't locate the option to "select the status of the board" as mentioned. When I try to move the button from left to right, the item disappears. How can I retrieve it? It's unsettling that there is no contact number available for assistance, which makes me reconsider using this platform. Being unable to contact a real person while sharing creative thoughts is extremely off-putting. I would appreciate a response to this email to guide me on the next steps. Thank you, B.L.

I loved being able to freely move pins within a board on Pinterest. It was one of their best features. However, the recent change has made it more difficult to use. Previously, you could move a pin without being redirected to the beginning of the board. Now, clicking on a pin takes you back to the top, making it cumbersome to find and relocate the pin you want. The smaller pins and clunky scrolling further complicate things, especially in boards with many pins. This update has made a once seamless process frustrating. Please consider reverting to the previous method, as it was much more user-friendly. I prefer not to receive emails due to technical issues with my email, but I've included my address as requested. Thank you.

Subject: Pinterest Account Suspension Assistance Needed Dear Customer Support, I encountered a problem when attempting to change my password today, as my account was unexpectedly suspended. I always ensure that my pinned content adheres to guidelines, so this suspension was surprising. I did not receive any prior warnings about violating the Acceptable Use Policy. I even received an email yesterday suggesting new Pins. Upon inquiry, I received a notification stating that most of my Pins violated the spam policy, which I find confusing. Apart from two Pins with sales links, my boards cover topics like animals, recipes, yoga, and more, with nothing objectionable. I suspect it may be due to some group boards I recently joined. Could you kindly review my account to clarify the issue? I have yet to receive a response after multiple emails, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Best regards, Tatjana Starc

Hello, I have noticed some issues with your website in the past few days. Whenever I click on images from Pinterest emails, the link takes me to your site, but it only shows a spinning grey wheel without displaying the actual picture. Similarly, attempting to access my personal page leads to a blank white page without any content loading. Strangely, if I manually search for Pinterest through Google, everything works fine. It seems there might be a problem with the link between email images and your site. I appreciate your help in resolving this as I would like to save images from my emails. Thank you. - Victoria F.

I came across a Pinterest user with the name / aef // who became extremely aggressive towards me after I shared my opinion on a pin. Despite explaining that I am a black woman and this behavior amounts to racial harassment, the individual continued to send me death threats and derogatory messages. I have documented everything and feel harassed and bullied. It is essential to address this issue and shut down their page to prevent further harm to others. Unfortunately, I am unable to report users effectively on the app, and blocking them has not been successful. Pinterest should make it simpler and more efficient to report such individuals. I am willing to provide additional screenshots if permitted. It appears that Pinterest may not be taking these matters seriously, making me question the platform's commitment to safety and well-being.
