How did GetHuman-suzie_wa do it?

The issue in GetHuman-suzie_wa's own words
I started to create a business account, and a window popped up "Give your business profile a name" after selecting an answer it wouldn't allow me to continue to the next question or allow me to close the window. Anytime I now log into my account the window is there, I can't remove it and I can't use my account or see any pins. I no longer want to make a business account, but I do want to use my personal account.
GetHuman-suzie_wa did not yet indicate what Pinterest should do to make this right.
