Hello, I hope you're doing well. I was surprised on 3rd December to find out that my Pinterest account has been suspended. I believe it may be due to my recent activity of repeatedly repinning in the same board. I had read somewhere that it was acceptable to repin old pins without deleting them from my own board, but it seems that's not the case. Can you please provide me with an example of how I may have violated the spamming policy? I am fully aware of the rules and would like to rectify this by promptly removing the old pins. Thank you. My name is Wade Plemons, and I am reaching out to request the removal of all images of me from Pinterest and any other media platforms. I am uncomfortable with my images being used without my consent. These private photos are being used on multiple accounts without permission, affecting both my personal and professional life. The images appear prominently in search results associated with my name. Kindly assist me by removing all pictures of me. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was suspended without a reason. I want to speak to someone in the help center. I have not received any email explaining why I was suspended. Was it censorship? Did I hurt somebody's feelings? What is going on with my account? I have a right to defend myself. You need to explain exactly what I did wrong. My board is under the name Morgan Raider. I am not posting anything that I believe is attacking or threatening anyone personally. I also have another account named Iron Guard. Can you please reinstate that one as well? How can you determine I am violating something without a fair warning? You are censoring me. I have my freedom of speech. You are not the government. I want to speak to a representative today.

I am having trouble accessing my old Pinterest account under the name John Pearson. I have changed my email address and phone number and can't remember the password for my old account. The current accounts I have are under jdpearsondec at outlook.com and JD Pearson DEC 25 at gmail.com, but I need to get into my old account. I am unsure if the old account was under JD Pearson [redacted] at gmail.com or rjd Pearson 71 at yahoo.com. My birth date is 12/25/71, but I mistakenly entered [redacted] on my old account, which may display as Pearson 72. My old phone number was [redacted] or [redacted] or [redacted]. My new number is [redacted]. The old phone was lost, but if you research it, you will see it belongs to me, either under David Pearson or John Pearson. I had two accounts under Pearson David and John Pearson, which is my full name - John David Pearson. I hope this can help you identify me.

I have newer accounts under different variations such as jdpearsondec 71 at outlook.com and jdpearsondec Dewey C 25 at gmail.com, which I can access. However, I am unable to access my older accounts under John Pearson. Two of my previous emails were JD Pearson [redacted] at gmail.com and rjd Pearson 71 at gmail.com at yahoo.com. Hello, I am encountering difficulty logging in. I created my account "acollectionist" 7-8 years ago using one of my hotmail addresses. I have a business Pinterest account linked to comparetip.com that has [redacted] followers. The account drives traffic to my website, resulting in sales and email sign-ups. Unfortunately, Pinterest has wrongly labeled my reputable 2-year-old website as spam. Clicks on my pins lead to an error message stating the link is blocked due to spam. I am concerned as this affects the hard-earned follower base. My website is well-established with good traffic and sales, so being categorized as spam is puzzling. The recent update did not restore my pins despite receiving notifications. Please reinstate my pins. The customer support process is very frustrating, with offers of compensation not instilling confidence in your ability to fix my account. My account was functioning perfectly before the update. It is concerning that others can access my account when I have lost my pins and your notifications suggest they can. Navigating your website for nearly an hour has only increased my frustration as my issue remains unresolved. I request that you address the problem by reinstating my lost pins from the latest update.

Dear GetHuman968744, I accidentally hid a post on my Pinterest and I'm unable to undo it. I would like to suggest some code modifications: 1.) Add a warning before hiding posts, making it an action that requires selecting an icon to confirm, prompting a "Are You Sure?" message. 2.) Implement an undo command to unhide previously hidden posts. 3.) Create code to log hidden posts and subjects on a hidden board that users can access to review and adjust. 4.) Disable the hide command in the user's Pinterest account to prevent accidental hiding, with the option to toggle control. Thank you for your attention to this Pinterest user's feedback. I am seeking assistance regarding a persistent online harassment issue involving a man who has been stalking me for over a year. He has shared numerous photos of me from my other online profiles on Pinterest with disturbing captions, including my full name and address. Despite reporting these incidents twice, most remain unaddressed, leaving one photo with my address still visible. I have involved the police, and they are aware of the situation. URGENT: I am a coach with intellectual property on Pinterest. A client discovered my materials on a board titled "Chau Tardes de Atracón" by Fanny Barrera, which she did not create. I recently switched from Facebook ads to Pinterest ads due to costs, but I am disappointed with the advertising system on Pinterest. I have experienced random and inconsistent charges with minimal impressions. For example, I set up an ad to run from December 11-12 at $5 per day, and today, the 11th, it suddenly showed $5 spent for today and tomorrow. This unexpected spending is frustrating as I hoped to see better results on Pinterest compared to Facebook. I have been using Facebook ads successfully for over a year and had high hopes for Pinterest. I am upset with the service and hope for a resolution to these issues impacting my business.

Dear Pinterest.com technical support, I am seeking assistance regarding an issue of Website Advertising Plagiarism and a stolen logo involving the companies usbargainlimo.com and trulimo.com. usbargainlimo.com has used TRULIMO graphic work with the TRULIMO Logo on their website without permission, despite my multiple requests to remove it. I am requesting for their account to be shut down or at least for my client's graphic to be removed from their advertising. The owner of usbargainlimo.com, SAM LEVY, has been contacted with no response thus far. I kindly ask for the removal of the TRULIMO.COM graphics from their Pinterest advertising immediately. I have recently discovered a new feature on Pinterest that allows post scheduling, which I find to be quite impressive. However, it seems that there is an issue when I schedule posts for later in the evening and the links I include do not appear when the post goes live. The ability to track these links is crucial for our page as it helps us monitor the traffic sources to our website. Scheduling posts during peak engagement times is strategic for us, and not having the links included means we are missing out on valuable data. I am reaching out to see if this is a known issue that is being addressed by Pinterest. If not, I may have to refrain from using the scheduling feature altogether. I was recently notified that my account was flagged for hate speech, which I believe to be unjust. I reached out to the GetHuman department via email to request more information. I explained that the reported hate speech accusations were unfounded as my comments were merely expressing opinions with no offensive language or slurs. I have noticed that the entire interaction has been deleted, making it hard to provide specific examples. Upon reviewing the comments of the other users involved, it seems they were attempting to misrepresent my words. I have observed other comments on the platform that contain profanity, nudity, and slurs, which I did not use in my remarks. I am adamant about clearing my name and account from these false accusations.

I am experiencing difficulty reorganizing boards by dragging pins. When trying to move pins outside of my current view, the board fails to scroll up or down. This issue is consistent across all my boards and on multiple browsers - Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. This functionality has been reliable in the past, including last night, but it suddenly ceased to work. My system runs on Windows 10 64 Bit, with Chrome set as the default browser.

I set up my Pinterest account with an old email address that I can no longer access because it's full of messages and I can't remember the password. I got locked out of that email account when I tried to change the password. I recently got a new tablet and need to log in to my Pinterest account. I want to update my account with a new email address and password without losing all the saved items. Hello, I would like to report an issue I encountered during an online purchase from an e-commerce website called Mollyca. On December 4, [redacted], through a link on my Pinterest account, I bought 2 pairs of boots totaling $[redacted].87 under order number [redacted]. Upon receiving their confirmation email, they mentioned sending a tracking number upon shipping. Despite their policy stating a potential 10-day wait for "hot items," after 7 days, no updates were received. My attempts to contact Mollyca went unanswered until a recent dubious response explained delays without clarity or my name personalized. This automated reply hinted at red flags as they already received payment. Dissatisfied with this experience, I urge Pinterest to reconsider supporting such merchants due to potential deceptive marketing practices.
