I am disgusted with the total lack of customer support. If my photo links are not working soon, I will be charging back my fees through my credit card company. Then, when I got through and paid, I figured out that apparently I had more than one account, and had upgraded the old one, but the library for it is empty. I sure hope all my pics are still in both accounts, some of them are not replaceable. Once I get the right account working, I plan to merge the two into the Rickracer one, and close the Hydrostream one.
