[redacted].0, we confirm that the payment is successful, and the merchant's partner bank has acknowledged the receipt. Once a transaction is initiated, we cannot cancel or refund it as it is beyond our control. If the merchant disputes the receipt, kindly contact your bank for a chargeback using the transaction details, including the UTR: P[redacted][redacted]89, payment date, and time. You can find the UTR number in the PhonePe App: History - Select transaction - UTR number. Remember, you must raise a chargeback with your bank within 60 days of the transaction date. We will also reach out to the merchant's bank, but they may take up to 30 days to respond. Please expect an update by May 27, [redacted]. Thank you for your patience. PhonePe Mobile Number: [redacted] I have an issue with a bill payment of Rs. [redacted].0 that is pending since May 1, [redacted], at 09:53:33. The payment is currently being processed, and the final status from the biller is awaited. It is common for billers to take up to 24 hours to confirm the status due to technical reasons. Kindly check the History page of your PhonePe app after this period for the final payment status. I have already recharged my DTH and now request to have the Rs. [redacted] refunded to my account as it has been 24 hours. I appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I listed a car on OLX, and Rajesh uploaded it for me. We got a response from someone named ANAND KUMAR, although his QR details showed Rajesh Kumar. Since my brother doesn't use online payment apps, I shared my contact information with ANAND KUMAR for payment. He agreed to buy the car and offered an advance payment of ₹[redacted] via PhonePe. After I made the transaction using the QR code he shared on WhatsApp (+91 [redacted]), the amount was debited from my bank account at ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE (account no. [redacted][redacted], Branch: KHAIRTHABAD). I have call recordings and WhatsApp chat as proof but ANAND KUMAR didn't respond after I called back. He sent me the same QR CODE and mentioned he would refund the money. I urge authorities to take legal action as this involved my scholarship reward. Thank you sincerely, Erukulla Rachana.

Hello, I encountered an issue with a duplicate payment made to my Citi Bank credit card through PhonePe on the 4th and 6th of April. Despite being informed by Citi Bank that the overpayment was refunded to the PhonePe nodal account linked to ICICI on April 15th, I have not received confirmation or reimbursement. The UTR number for the transaction is CITIN[redacted]9. Since then, I have contacted the PhonePe customer service multiple times for updates on the refund, but I have not received proper assistance. After being given varying timelines for resolution, I requested contact information for a responsible officer but was denied. I am requesting guidance on how to escalate this matter or resolve it promptly by reimbursing the excess payment within a week. If this matter remains unresolved, I will have to seek legal action. I recently made a purchase on Club Factory and had to return two pairs of shoes as they were the wrong size. My order IDs are SO[redacted]22 and SO[redacted]59. Club Factory deducted [redacted] rupees for the product and [redacted] rupees for return shipping. However, after receiving the items back, they claim the quality check failed. I am now stuck with neither the money nor the products. Customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I have evidence of how I packed the return items with the courier company. Can someone please assist me with getting a resolution?

I've used the PhonePe app for 2 years with my phone number, [redacted]. Recently, my SIM card had an issue, but it's all fixed now. However, I can't access my PhonePe account with this number anymore. When I enter my number, it says a message is sent, but I don't receive it to proceed. I even tried downloading the app again yesterday, but nothing changed. I need help in resolving this problem. Thank you. - Udayasankar

I attempted to make a payment of Rs.68.25 to Amazon for a Kindle book. After verifying my UPI ID, I opened PhonePe on my smartphone. Upon clicking "pay," I was directed to "send" and observed the option to directly debit my bank account upon clicking "pay". Despite various attempts, the transaction failed, as there was no prompt for entering the bank pin, which led to confusion between "send" and "pay". I would appreciate clarity on the necessary steps for completing the payment and understanding why the bank pin prompt was missing. Can someone explain the difference between "send" and "pay" in this context?

I made a transaction of Rs. [redacted] on 30/06/[redacted] from PhonePe to my HDFC credit card. The amount has not been received by them, and a penalty was charged. Even after reaching out via email, the issue remains unsolved despite assurances of resolution within 3 to 5 working days. I have already lodged complaints with HDFC Bank and the phone company. The bank provided an invoice showing the amount as unpaid. Additionally, I successfully made a transaction of Rs. [redacted] recently and received a confirmation email. I am seeking confirmation of the Rs. [redacted] transaction with detailed invoice information via email.

I received a notification that [redacted] rupees were credited to my mobile number as a gift card, but upon checking, I noticed that the same amount was debited from my account on July 25th at 6:30 am. I contacted PhonePe support and was informed that the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but I have not received it yet. I am confused as to how the [redacted] rupees were debited from my account after being credited beforehand. I am concerned if this is a fraudulent activity. I kindly request a refund of the money back to my account. If the refund is not processed soon, I will have to inform my relatives and friends to avoid using the PhonePe app.

My PhonePe application was blocked a week ago while I'm currently outside India. I was informed to contact them from the same blocked number for them to assist, but being abroad, it was difficult to comply. To communicate, I activated a costly roaming pack for one day at Rs [redacted]. They mentioned my account was under a 5-day verification hold due to an attempted gold sale, after which it should resolve automatically. Now, after the 5-day period has passed, I recharged another Rs [redacted] to reach out as I have bought gold on the app, but their contact number is unreachable. This recharge is only valid for a day, causing inconvenience and financial loss. I urge for prompt resolution to unblock my account.

Hello everyone, I want to express my appreciation for the support this forum offers to PhonePe customers. I recently encountered an issue with a transfer I made using PhonePe. I mistakenly sent three payments totaling 55k to the wrong recipient, with the amounts being 20k, 20k, and 15k. The recipient's phone number is [redacted], and their name is PURUM VENKATA RAMANA. Despite my efforts, I've been unable to determine where the money was credited. I've approached my bank, SBI, without success and turned to PhonePe for assistance. Unfortunately, PhonePe has also been unable to provide me with the necessary details to resolve this urgently. I am feeling very anxious and upset about this situation and would greatly appreciate any help in retrieving my funds. Thank you.

I am seeking advice on how to recover my funds. I have made transactions totaling [redacted] to the phone pay account number [redacted] belonging to Karthika B M. He claims to have not received the transferred amount and requested a resend through a different UPI app. I complied and sent the same amount, but he said his phone pay account is blocked. Upon checking, I confirmed the money was successfully transferred. I suggested he check his bank account, explaining that UPI sends funds directly. Despite my advice, he refuses to check and still claims non-receipt. How should I proceed to resolve this situation? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently transferred money via UPI from my PhonePe account to another user's account. The recipient is claiming he didn't receive the funds, even though my transaction history clearly shows the money was successfully credited to him. The recipient insists his account is blocked and suggests I send the money through a different UPI app to the same number. I obliged and made the transfer, yet he still denies receiving it. I've requested him to check his bank transaction history, but he refuses. I believe he is deceiving me, as the money was debited from my account without any failure notification. Despite reporting the issue to both the bank and PhonePe customer service with all transaction details, no resolution has been provided. I urge PhonePe to investigate this matter further, refund my money, and take appropriate action against the recipient for falsely claiming non-receipt of funds. Your swift action is essential to restore trust and security in PhonePe transactions. Thank you.

I am V. V., and I purchased a 0.5g gold coin from PhonePe. The delivery was made by Eco Express to my correct address, but I missed it and asked for a re-delivery. Despite trying to contact them using the Pin number provided by Eco Express, it was expired. I reached out to Eco Express customer care, and they resolved the issue, but the package is still undelivered. I contacted PhonePe three times, and they assured me they would fix the problem, but my gold coin has not been received yet.

Dear Sir/Madam, I invested ₹40,[redacted] in the liquid fund of Aditya Birla group through the PhonePe option on October 29, [redacted], at 9:06 a.m. The amount was deducted from my bank account, the investment was accepted by Aditya Birla group, but the unit allocation failed, and the refund status is currently showing as in progress. I have patiently waited for the maximum period of 10 days, but even after this timeframe, I have not received the refund in my bank account. I made a transfer of Rs. [redacted] from my Indian Overseas Bank Tuem Branch account no. [redacted][redacted] to Shivam Agencies account at the same branch with ac no. [redacted][redacted] on 20/10/[redacted]. The money hasn't reached the beneficiary nor is it showing in my account. After speaking with my bank and meeting with the bank manager, I was informed that the transfer was successful and the issue is with phonepay. When contacting customer care, I was directed back to my bank, creating a frustrating loop. My client is upset as the payment is delayed, and I am struggling to get assistance. I would like to change my UPI PIN number from 4 digits to 6 digits. Interestingly, I am able to transfer money using Google Pay with a 6-digit UPI PIN without any problems.
