I had a Flipkart KYC agent visit my home on Tuesday, 17th September [redacted]. I also received a text message from your company, which I will forward to this email address. I will provide screenshots of my PhonePe KYC issues. Please review my documents carefully. It has been three days since I submitted my original documents (such as my PAN card and Voter ID card) to your KYC agent, yet my KYC status is still pending. I am confused and eagerly awaiting an explanation. Kindly respond promptly to my email regarding the PhonePe KYC issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am in need of assistance as I am unable to send Rs. [redacted] from my PhonePe wallet to another number or bank account. When I tried calling your helpline at 0[redacted]-[redacted], the call gets disconnected, and I am directed to use the "Question Help" option, which I find difficult to navigate. Also, within my PhonePe app, I am unable to use the withdrawal option as it states that full KYC is not completed. How can I complete my full KYC? I attempted to do it myself but was unsuccessful, and my money is stuck in my PhonePe wallet. I need help resolving the withdrawal issue and understanding my daily transaction limit. I have fallen victim to fraud. Someone called me claiming to be from your company, PhonePe, and said I had received a balance from the company. They instructed me to open the PhonePe app and click on the ringing bell option to receive the amount mentioned, which was ₹[redacted]. When I did so, nothing happened. But I was still charged. Then they asked me to click on another option for ₹[redacted], insisting I had to do it quickly as the previous transfer didn't go through. Confused, I questioned the need for the second payment, but they pressured me to make the payment. After I paid, I received a message saying the amount was deducted. When I confronted them, they denied it. After an argument, they hung up, and when I tried calling back, the phone was switched off. I have also emailed you twice about this. Please check and help me. I fear I have been defrauded, my account is not hacked, and I have lost ₹[redacted]. Kindly assist in refunding.

I am frustrated with this app and its terrible customer service. I have messaged them with no response, and when I made a transaction on October 2nd for [redacted] INR, the amount was not credited to my wife's account, nor did I receive a refund. I lodged a complaint in the app as advised, and was told I would receive my refund within 12 hours, but it has not happened. Upon checking with the bank, they mentioned that I should address this with PhonePe to resolve the issue promptly. If not, I will have to visit the PhonePe office to file a complaint for the mishandling of my funds.

Hello, I have noticed that Rs.[redacted] has been deducted from my account but has not been credited to the receiver. The transaction ID for one of the transactions is P[redacted][redacted]03, and there have been three such transactions. Despite PhonePe indicating the transactions were successful, the money was not received by the intended recipient. I visited the bank seeking assistance, but they claimed no responsibility for PhonePe transactions as it is a private app. I am unsure who is accountable for my funds in this situation and when I can expect a refund.

Hi team, I canceled two tickets using the PhonePe app on the IRCTC website but haven't received the refund yet. The total amount was Rs. [redacted] for Ticket ID [redacted]4. Please credit this amount back to my account as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot for reference. I've already raised a ticket about this issue, but I am confused why I need to keep doing so to get my refund. My contact number is [redacted], however, I may be unreachable due to poor network while traveling. Please ensure the refund is processed without delay, or I will consider taking legal action. It's already been a week, and I cannot wait any longer for my money. In the future, I will advise others to avoid using the PhonePe app for transactions and take legal action if necessary. Please process the refund promptly as the Indian Railway has already refunded the amount from their end.

I did not have the PhonePe app on my phone, and my account was fraudulently debited using my debit card number on PhonePe-SafeGold on September 21, [redacted], at 3:10 pm for Rs. 19,[redacted]. This is a clear case of fraud involving individuals from the bank, PhonePe, and SafeGold. Initially, I received an OTP for a transaction of Rs. [redacted] for PhonePe Digital Gold, but a transaction of Rs. 19,[redacted] was made through PhonePe-SafeGold using the same OTP. The money was transferred fraudulently from my account through Gold units to another account. I have already filed a FIR with the BKC police on the same day. I kindly request an immediate refund of Rs. 19,[redacted] and that you provide the details of the person's name, address, and telephone number into whose account this amount was credited. I mistakenly transferred ₹[redacted].0 to the wrong account. PhonePe cannot refund the money, but my bank may assist in reversing it. To begin a chargeback, I need to provide my bank with the UTR number, payment date, and time. It's crucial to double-check the recipient's account details before making any transactions. For further assistance, I can access my ticket by clicking on View Tickets at the top of the screen and updating my concern. My ticket ID is [redacted]0. Thank you for your support.

Hello, my name is Syed. An hour ago, a customer tried to send me Rs. [redacted] via PhonePe, but it hasn't credited to my account. I suspect the sender might have canceled the transaction by mistake. If possible, please investigate and let me know the reason for the issue. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the sender's PhonePe number so I can clarify the situation with them. I transferred money to my account, but it did not credit. I transferred [redacted], but due to a transfer issue, it has not arrived. I contacted the toll-free number, but they were not helpful. On July 12, [redacted], at 8:15 p.m., I received a payment of Rs [redacted]. I got a text message confirming the payment and another one confirming the successful settlement. However, the money from the transaction was not deposited into my bank account, and the transaction does not appear in the history section of my PhonePe application. I have already contacted support via email, but the issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I received an unexpected call offering [redacted] Rs cashback, which turned out to be a scam asking for money. Luckily, I recognized the scam and didn't send any money, rejecting the request. Unfortunately, not everyone may be as cautious and could fall for these traps, losing their money. I urge you to block the mentioned VPA and take action against those responsible. It's up to you, PhonePe, to address these issues and protect your loyal customers from such scams. Please investigate and refund the money to those who mistakenly paid into this account. Thank you.

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to report a fraudulent call I received from the number +[redacted]28 claiming to be an employee of Phonepe. The caller mentioned that I was rewarded ₹[redacted] for my transactions and asked for my bank details. Despite no money being credited to my account, he debited ₹[redacted] from it, and then ₹18,[redacted] from my PNB account after providing my debit card details. The individual falsely claimed that there was a link failure on Phonepe's end and assured me the money would be refunded by 11 AM the next day. I am attaching a picture and some audio recordings for reference. I am shocked by this deception and seek your assistance in resolving this issue urgently. I urge you to investigate this matter and facilitate the return of my funds. I am deeply disappointed by the unethical behavior of the person posing as a Phonepe employee. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I made a payment of ₹[redacted] for a product at Lifestyle store in Pacific Mall, Subash Nagar. Initially, the transaction showed as processing but later it was successful. However, the store is claiming they did not receive the payment. The amount was deducted from my account, and I received confirmation messages from both the app and the bank. When I contacted Lifestyle customer service, they mentioned they do not see the payment on their end.

I transferred funds on January 25, [redacted], at 12:00 PM to merchant Jai Bhawani Enterprises using a code scan. However, the merchant has not received any notification of the funds or any entry for the received payment. I linked my HDFC Bank account belonging to Om Prakash Sharma on PhonePe. The amount transferred was $[redacted]. I would like to know which bank account number the funds were sent to, the date and time it was received by the merchant, and any other relevant details. This is important as the merchant is currently disputing the fund transfer.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy for my daughter and attempted to install Minecraft. However, I encountered an error regarding the Family Payment Method on the Play Store. Despite following the recommended steps to correct it, my account still displays the issue. It appears to be a common problem in various countries, including Australia. The installation process is much smoother on Apple products, so resolving this should be feasible.
