The issue in GetHuman-nkanakam's own words
Sir I am naresh. I hope you understand my problem happened on **-**-**** and eagerly try to solve my issue.. My problem is UTR number is ************. I have received Rs*** in this transaction and the amount is credited in my bank account. But i'll transfer same mobile number to the receiver bank and the amount credited to the receiver. Now I'll check my balance, it is reduced Rs*** in my actual account balance. I'll check my transactions in phone pe app. All the transactions are absolutely correct. I'll check my last ** transactions through online banking the amount debited two times. First transaction is To transfer UPI*REV************* And the second transaction is sent to the receiver. So what is the first transaction and I am sure I can make only one transaction. But online banking is shows two times. And Rs*** debited my bank account balance. Sir this is my problem and what I am doing to get my money...*Next day I had contact my branch today and ask the above problem they said that this problem is responsible for the application management and talk to customer service and you can tell and ask the refund balance.... So please refund my balance sirrr. I had sent a complaint through phone pe application but didn't respond. So you have understand my problem and quickly solve sir.. This is my humble request and transfer my money to my bank account.
GetHuman-nkanakam did not yet indicate what PhonePe should do to make this right.
