I purchased two tickets for my visiting cousins from Germany. The tickets are on my phone, and despite our efforts, we can't seem to transfer them. My cousins have their German phones with them, and no matter what we try, we can't complete the transfer. Could I accompany them, bring my phone, and have them enter the game using my phone? I'd like to have my phone back afterward. The Ticketmaster chat help line seems ineffective with no real solution besides menu options. As an IT professional, I find it frustrating not to be able to speak with someone directly for assistance. We even had an IT expert help us set up a Ticketmaster account on their German phones, but unfortunately, nothing worked.
