I am disappointed with the service provided. I usually purchase your product from Nordstrom, Sephora, or QVC. While on your website, I ordered what I believed to be the Hope in a Jar SPF 30, only to receive the non-SPF version. I contacted Kaniyah on the phone last Friday around 6:00 p.m. to request a free return label, as I felt it was not fair to pay for the return due to the error not being mine. Kaniyah was unhelpful and at times, raised her voice, unable to connect me with a supervisor who had supposedly already left for the day. I kindly ask for a refund on my card for this item and to receive a free return label if needed. Thank you.

I purchased two Renewed Hope in a Jar day & night moisturizer duo sets. After using them appropriately for a few weeks, I experienced breakouts and even blistering on my skin. I am disappointed with the results as I discovered that ingredients like Phenoxyethanol, tocopheryl acetate, Ceteareth 20, and C 13-14 Isoparaffin can be harmful to all skin types. This was unexpected as these products were not inexpensive, and I believe this does not align with your company's philosophy. I attempted to contact customer service but had to wait on hold for 2 hours without speaking to a representative due to a distorted answering machine. I would appreciate assistance in getting a refund.

I recently purchased a 3-piece set of Falling in Love, including 32oz body wash, spray, and lotion. While the body wash and spray were satisfactory, the lotion, unfortunately, has no scent at all. This was truly disappointing for me as I am a loyal customer who values your products despite their higher cost. Regrettably, I am unable to return just the lotion as it is part of a set and I no longer have the original packaging. The unscented lotion's bottle is labeled [redacted]. I hope this feedback helps to ensure the quality of your products, as I have always been willing to pay a premium for items that meet my expectations. Thank you, Shannon Hawkes.
